Beautiful Desi cafe on Roosevelt road in Villa park. It is ina plaza with many other restaurants. I loved the ambience inside with rounded chairs, tables and round room. It’s been there since. 1991, not many cafe’s can claim that. Loved the Shawarma fries. It has shawarma and cheese on top of french fries with good spices. Service was pretty good but a little slow late in the night.

Best Best best customer service by Aslam. And I tried the flatbread at Filli Café and it was honestly amazing! Fresh, soft, and full of flavor — perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crisp. The toppings were really well-balanced, and it went great with their signature tea. The presentation and service were also really nice, definitely one of the best café experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend trying it if you visit!

Better ambiance and seating than Shibam, Qamaria, Matari etc. Great food options. We got the Papdi Chaat and Dynamite Chicken Flatbread with Zafrani chai. The flatbread was the bomb! It leaves Italians wondering why they invented neapolitan pizza.

The real standout? The Jalapeño Popper Chaat—a creative, delicious twist that blended creamy, spicy, and tangy flavors beautifully. Finished off with their Herbal Tea, which was calming, aromatic, and the perfect end to the meal.
The staff was friendly and the vibe was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for bold, flavorful food with great service in Chicago. Will definitely be back!

We tried the Chicken Lacha Melt, which was packed with flavor—perfectly spiced, cheesy, and paired with crispy fries. The buttery, half-moon paratha made it even better!
For flatbreads, we got both the Masala Chicken Flatbread and Chicken Dynamite Flatbread. The Masala Chicken was tender and full of spice, while the Chicken Dynamite had crispy chicken cubes, mozzarella, and their signature dynamite sauce—an absolute flavor bomb!
To top it off, we had the Signature Zafran Milk Cake, which was rich, moist, and the perfect sweet ending to our meal.
The cafe itself is spacious, a bit loud, but offers plenty of parking. The staff was fantastic—super attentive, with three people helping at the register and quick service even at the tables. Definitely coming back!
