Nobody should ever visit this location. The absolute worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. I had to wait 30 minutes in a filthy lobby to get 2 burgers, fries, a shamrock oreo McFlurry, and a shamrock shake. The entire time the staff was swearing and yelling at each other, which was funny at first, but then I realized it’s because they have no idea what they are doing. I went up to the worker and asked what the status was on my order. He said “oh it’s going to be a while.” That’s it. I asked “why?” He responded “because there’s a lot of door dash orders in front of you.” This was after 20 minutes! Finally we got our food, and we were not given our oreo shamrock McFlurry. The worker said “we don’t sell that.” HOW!? It was on your menu! I said I needed a refund, and they were dumbfounded. As if they are clueless that people want a refund for items they don’t receive.
Finally we ate, and we couldn’t even finish it. The fries were the worst I’ve ever had at any McDonalds location (burnt), the Big Mac was drowning in sauce, and I found what looked like a curly pubic hair in my fries. I wanted to vomit.

First time in a long time that I’ve had a great experience at a Mc Donald’s. Counter staff was friendly and helpful, did was prepared properly and made as I requested. Prompt, and efficient service at the counter was really a nice change from other locations.
Fish fillet was fresh and everything in it as requested and in proper amounts. Fries were fresh and hot as well. Lobby and dining areas were clean and stocked.

Sitting in the lobby waiting on food for 20 minutes still having gotten are food. All the employees are worried about making they own food, playing on the phone. Crazy part management was doing the same. The you by lady playing in her hair while waiting on food to be friend. Not a good place and customer service doesn’t seem to be a number 1 priority. They gave us cold fries and took the hot ones for themselves. Also had to send back the cold burger. So not coming back.

Visited this restaurant today and the bathroom and the dining area was so filthy that I chose not to eat at this establishment. There was chemicals left on the counter in the women’s restroom along with a wet towel. I had to ask one of the members for tissue and she didn’t even respond to my inquiry. The trash was overflowing. I could imagine what the kitchen looks like.

I live less than a half a mile from this McDonald’s. I only go here when in a rush to get a quick bite to hold me over. As like last review on this facility, I was surprised and NOT HAPPY! As I was walking in two employees were talking as in a rage and CUSSING out loud. One walked out the door. Then, the on duty manager walked outside to his car for awhile. When I placed my order at the counter, I was using my Survey Coupon. NOT surprised, like last time visit, no one knew how to ring up my order. I clerk call for another person to help. She did not know either. She went outside to get the manager on duty from his car to help. Meanwhile, the crew in the basck was talking and CUSSING about leaving going home. I did not need to hear all this. After a few minutes of waiting, he figured something out. Whew…

I sat at the speaker while 4 cars in the other Lane ordered and finally I drove up to the window and told the girl no one had taken my order and then she asked me if it was a big order and look behind her then she finally took the order but it was like it was my fault. I wasn’t given a receipt and then I was giving my food that lady at that window was nice so I open the bag and the food I got the Filet-O-Fish it was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen it didn’t even have a whole piece of cheese on it and it was basically dry. I took a picture because it was that ridiculous

My family went to McDonald’s and the service was lacking. When we entered the cashier was sitting at a table on her phone. When taking the order she messed up and another young lady from back had to correct it. The cashier then went to a windows with her phone and began taking pics. This went on for a minute. Another person entered and ordered and she disappeared again. The food was not coming until a lady sitting ata a table went to the counter and told them they needed to get a move on. She apologized for the wait and said she is a manager at another location and the service should be better. After another 3 or so minutes the not so fast happy meals came without the advertised crocs. Kids upset that they got 3 year old Buzz Light Year toys. And after all that the food was not hot.
