So my New Pan Pizza looked nothing like the picture.. there was maybe 7 Pepperoni’s on it and the cheese was on top and to top it all off it wasn’t done. And it was swimming in sauce. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered door dash carry out at 5:14. Order showed ready at 5:30. I went inside and they couldn’t find my order. After a few minutes they found it. Told me another 20 min. I patiently waited. 5:50 he told me it would be another 20 min. So I waited. Another customer came in and I asked what time he placed his order as it was now 6:04 pm and my order wasn’t ready. The customer placed his order at 5:35 and received his pizza. I asked the worker why everyone else was getting their pizza before me. I only ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. He then said “idk but it’ll be another 15-20 min.” An hour after I ordered. I had him cancel my order. Will not order from here again.

I love Papa Johns, but our pizza was ordered and scheduled for 15 to 20 min. My husband arrived for them to have not even started the pizza by the pickup time. We understand there could have been a mistake, but after telling us it would be 15 minutes, it took over 30 extra minutes for it to be done. Very frustrated! No apology or deal given for our wait.

Service is still good but quality sucks. Very little ingredients on pizza and overcooked crust. The new pepperoni bites were burnt. I guess we’ll have to start going somewhere else. This has happened the last 2 times and can’t afford a third.

Papa Johns is my favorite pizza I was expecting it to be so much better but instead I got a pizza with half melted cheese and doughy crust that’s not been left in the oven long enough. The time was 75-85 minutes I knew something was wrong when the pizzas were on the way after just 20 minutes.

The people I encountered were fine. It’s the food that broke the deal. I ordered 2 specialty pizzas and it’s extremely generous to refer to them as special or pizza. I found the sauce and seasonings lacking and that can be attributed to individual tastes. Oddly enough though it must not have only been myself as no one wanted to take home the leftovers and they were tossed in the trash.
