I’ve enjoyed Crafty Burger many times all the way back to their opening when I used to live in walking distance. Their flavors and quality have not changed over the years. This specific location is in a great area with things to walk to before or after and plenty of parking. I don’t have the opportunity to go as often as I used to but it is worth a trip to try them out if you have not. The fried mushrooms and Gouda sticks are my absolute favorites! The sauce with the sticks is great as well.

Came here with family, 5 of us, after 7 on a weeknight evening. Not too crowded. We were told to seat ourselves. Server was quick to take our drink orders, which were delivered quickly, and our food orders a few mins later.
Husband ordered Guinness which came in a bottle.
Two of us ordered chicken tenders, and three ordered burgers. Everything arrived after about 10 mins, and cooked exactly as expected. I had the chicken fingers which were way bigger than fingers, with onion rings and the rotating side which was a garbanzo salad. There were 4 flattened and breaded pieces of chicken breasts and crispy batter fried onion rings. The salad had garbanzo beans, tomatoes, peppers, onion, and cucumbers with a light vinaigrette. It was all a huge portion and really good. Would definitely order this again.
Noise level was low as it was getting close to their closing time. Server was polite and professional. She checked on us regularly but didn’t rush us. Will definitely return.

I wanted to love everything about this place. I enjoyed the atmosphere. We also were patient since there was a large party that was already there being taken care of. The problem started when 2 other groups, who arrived after, were given menus before us. After we ordered the food came out pretty quickly. Food wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t the best. Hit and miss on different items.

Super friendly fast and outstanding service. Wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately I don’t go out to eat for those to be my top two favorites about a restaurant. I was unimpressed with the burger and fries. The burger was okay. I would have expected more from a burger at a burger joint. The only thing delicious on my burger was the cooked onions. The bun wasn’t anything special and was on the dry side and my burger seemed cold. The fries were cold, yucky, and undercooked. I honestly hated them. The cheese on the fries was disgustingly cold too. The beans were the only good thing on my plate with meat, 3 kinds of beans, and sauce. I wouldn’t want to go back.

I visited Crafty Burger in Cornelius with friends and had a very disappointing experience. We sat in the bar section and asked the bartender, Josh, for help reading the sides menu because we forgot our glasses. Instead of helping, he told us he would come back “when we figured it out.”
Later, when we asked for the check, my friend politely asked him to explain a couple of charges she didn’t understand. He again said he would come back. When he finally brought the bill, he told us not to sit in his section again because we were “too confusing” for him.
His attitude was rude and unprofessional. We were simply asking for help, and his comments were unnecessary and disrespectful. Very disappointing customer service.

Best food, best service, best ciders on the market. Best Mac n cheese my wife didn’t make. Top notch experience from the atmosphere and the food. If you want to be in a slice of heaven for a brief moment come eat here. It’s hard to have a perfect experience all around anymore but this establishment takes the cake.

Haven’t been back in a long time, I heard they have $3.50 drafts! Yes, please. Head over there on Wednesday night. Decent vibe, great service. I went with the Boom Boom Fried Chicken add bacon. Very good sandwich. Bacon is super good. The fries were fresh, not soggy. Be forewarned, the onion rings are more like onion straws, I wont order them again. I prefer real onion rings….. I did order the Fried Mushroom App. Large is very large, enough for four people.

This was a nice small space with potential. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and the burger was underwhelming, unfortunately. Ok but I wouldn’t go to a burger place expecting an “ok” burger. The onion rings were the really thin ones I’d consider onion strings and greasy. Maybe they were having a bad day.
