Customer service here is awesome. The constant is Shirley-always giving service with a smile and making sure things are moving efficiently in what is typically a busy store. There is also a new manager (don’t know her name) whose service is amazing and who moves through customers very quickly. I don’t eat fast food, but I love this location.

What I enjoyed about this Panda Express, was the food was freshly prepared and constantly replenished. To me that shows that the food isn’t sitting in the warmers for a long period of time. My chief complaint was the long wait in line. I ordered and paid for 3 entrees, I only received 2. My guess is because of all the chaos in line (people waiting or food to be prepared and lack of staff. More staff is needed and perhaps a manager, as I didn’t see one. Overall, Panda is Panda. The food is usually good.

I love it here. I couldn’t get a chance to take pictures of the food. I’ll come back and add it. But this location cooks the best Honey Walnut Shrimp. Everything they cook at this location is good but honey walnut is my favorite. The employees here are phenomenal. The place stays clean. They are normally busy around after work hours , I still decided to wait.

This restaurant has outside dining and is located next to the Home Depot and target there’s also Chick-fil-A nearby in Chipotle. They have two high chairs as well. It’s usually not very busy and a lot of people place an online order so you might be waiting at the cash register more than you’d like.

Panda Express in Wyncote is awesome! We ordered the family bundle, as new customers we received a 10% discount for our 1st online order, maybe $36 bucks to feed 4-5 people…nice! We actually were able to make 6-7 plates but it all depends on Your family size. 2 sides, 3 choices from a good selection. (Blk pepper chicken, sesame and the fried beef dish) They even have a Plant-based option. The manager was very kind, she was doing the job of 3 when she assisted me and the whole staff worked hard to help feed my family in maybe 15 min? 😉 Highly recommend, we will be back and will tell friends and family to do the same!

The dynamic between the super -impatient , irritable male customers who don’t appreciate there are several people/online orders preceding them and the employees (all black women) is off-putting. Standing in line and observing this and orders visibly stacking up (even through the workers are doing the best they can) is off/putting.

I went to Panda Express on Cheltenham Ave. and was blown away from the attentiveness of my cashier when I was waiting on my food. I ordered the honey shrimp which is always on point but it was low, so they needed to refill the pan, so it took a second. She saw me waiting, came over and gave me a complimetary fruit juice of my choice and apologized and thanked me for the wait. She was very nice all around start to finish. I appreciate that when spending my money in places. I had to give a review because good food service is extremelyyy hard to come by these days. I think my cashier’s name was J. Weendride. We need helpful, no attitude, attentive and beautiful people that wake up and love what they do daily like her many other places here in Philly. Thank you J
