Let me start by saying I love Hardee’s, we went to this drive though last week for a late lunch, not one item was correct on the order, but we didn’t have time to go back and get it fixed, whatever. We had a Dr appointment on the west end this morning, so my son and I went for breakfast. They were out of cinnamon rolls, out of gravy, out of all of the soda besides mellow yellow, I got the loaded omlet biscuit combo for the low price of $10.29, and 4 maple biscuits, but they only had 3 so they had to substitute one for raisin. The food was cold, hard and dry, same quality as leftover microwaved gas station biscuits. If the owner sees this, please get it together before this location ends up closing. We love Hardee’s and Carl’s

Normally I don’t do fast food but hardees usually has a great breakfast. But this morning whoever was in drive thru completely messed my order up even after I repeated it a few times. Y’all need to hire people that can actually listen and pay attention.

I am came in today to eat lunch as I often do. I have had mixed experiences with employees at the front counter, but today I had a really good experience. The shift lead, Josh, that helped me was friendly, knowledgable and overall demonstrated superior customer service. He welcomed me when I walked in, helped me with menu questions, walked my food to my table and gave me some curly fries that were going to get thrown out. This is the type of customer service and dining experience I miss. Hats off to Josh and the management at this establishment.

This is an older Hardee’s. They have done a nice job keeping it up. The old photos on the walls are fun. Service is good, food is as expected keeping in mind that it is fast food.

I got the sloppiest (thats a compliment) juiciest burger ever! (picture the old Carl’s Jr’s commercials where the sauce is dripping off the bottom)
Must’ve ate that burger in a minute flat!

I’m not sure that I could rate this restaurant any lower. I should’ve known by the lack of cars in the parking lot that this would be an incredibly terrible experience. As we entered the facility, our feet stuck to the floor because it was so filthy all the way up to the order counter. The order taker Langley seem to Be the most competent employee on shift. We ordered several different items, including a chicken sandwich when we receive said chicken sandwich it appeared to be a burger because it was burned so badly. In the time we were there there were three orders that they had messed up in our to go order was handed to us on a tray. We chose to bag it ourselves because no employees were wearing gloves or hairnets. The entire dining area was extremely filthy, the fountain area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and nothing had been stocked. Once we receive the chicken sandwich, we requested a refund and the employee called someone on the phone. The employee who was calling seemed to be high and the other person on the phone wanted to know why we had requested a refund. The primary reason is the unsanitary conditions and the appearance of our food.

Everytime we go to this location, the service is always amazing. There’s a lady named Heidi who always goes above and beyond, and I always ask to have my food dropped fresh and it’s never an issue. It’s always hot even by the time I get home. The biscuits and gravy and chicken tenders are my absolute favorite. I hope when you go to this location, you experience the same great service that I do.

We decided to stop at hardees because they are no longer in our state. They took forever to come and talk to us to take our order. Then we watched as several drive thru orders made their way out the window while ours waited on fries, but they were putting fries in the drive thru bags. Then all of our orders were wrong and they stacked our food onto one tray instead of 2, causing food to fall off and hit the ground. Lastly low carb doesn’t mean slather it with a ton of mayo.

I ordered through the app this morning and upon arriving in the drive thru line to pick up my order, I was told that they couldn’t have me in drive thru even though I requested pick up there. When I went in the store, I was told that in person orders were prioritized and that I would have to wait.
So is my money and patronage of less value because I ordered online? This is how you run people off. I couldn’t cancel my order so I left as I needed to get to work. In a time when customer service is in decline, I will go where my patronage is appreciated, regardless of how I place my order.
