Was in the drive thru for over 10 min. When the kid finally came to the window to get my card he was just putting in my order then 10 minutes later so their drive-thru time wouldn’t be messed up and then it’s still took 2 minutes to even start making my burrito cuz I could see in there. Love this location. Foods always hot (even when you do delivery). The staff is friendly and fast- especially Robin! They make sure your order is made quickly and correctly.
The meat and potato burrito is always good and I really like the taco salad. Also tried the stuffed grilled taco (yum) and the spicy chicken and potato griller (delicious spicy sauce). Plus the potatoes ole and cheese is always a hit.

This location has the best employees. Shout out to Robyn and EVERYONE there. You can tell it’s like family. We were there 9-5-2025 at 12:30pm, if corporate is reading this…. Really wish this franchise was in central and west Texas. I’m pretty sure I could survive on the taco burgers and potato ole`s for multiple days. Even longer if they add diet coke to the drink menu! I went to a couple their restaurants during my travel to Omaha. Really nice staff, great service, clean restaurant!

I have been going to this Taco John’s since our office moved to Bellevue and I will keep going there No Problem. They are as friendly as can be and they are super fast almost getting me back to work too fast, I always eat in their dining room. Good Food Good People what else can you ask for.

Opens at 8:00 a.m. posted at the door and online. Went to pick up an online order placed at 8:03 got to the store at 8:15 nobody answering the drive to speaker nobody at the drive-thru window so I parked to go inside doors are locked. Can’t see anybody from the outside. Tried calling to no answer. Go back around to the speaker with nobody responding. I pull up to drive through your window I hear people inside working, honk the horn after waiting 30 minutes I finally get someone and tell them waiting for my order for over 30 minutes. I received my order and come home just to find them made it wrong. No pico that it comes with and no mild sauce that I added to my order.
