If you come to this location for chicken, just know you’re going to wait. Idc when I come nothing is EVER done. The only good things is i know it’s fresh food…lol. the two women who work here are extremely nice and professional. As much as I hate waiting, I still come to this kfc.
Also, if you’re in the mood for some good ole school music…this the place to come. Just come, sit wait for your food, and listen to good music. DO NOT come to this location if you’re in a rush….lol

I see why this place has some horrible reviews. I went there on 10/24/25 for the new advertised honey BBQ wings a 6 piece. I opened up the box and it looked like wings on steroids they were so huge and under cooked, they looked like thighs, not wings. I want put anything in my body that looks like that, never again. I wasn’t greeted, by the cashier who just walked up to the register and stood there not saying a word. I asked the manager was these wings and he said yeah with a lot of conviction, and know this food i wouldn’t give to my dog,because he deserves much better. I feel like that was a waste of money.

Five stars are designated for lunch times because anytime after that,you get any old thing! My potato wedges were cold and old as well as my chicken strips! I got a 3-pc chicken strip and they only had 2 so the manager offered me a leg instead or wait 4 mins for a chicken stripe and I placed this on line and gave them almost 20 mins to get it ready and you couldn’t drop a fresh 3 PC and an order of fresh wedges? Not going back in the evening after 6PM! Sad!

Completely disgusting. Went back for them to give me a new order, these are the photos of the NEW order. Had to cook them another 15 minutes on 400 degrees Just for them to be edible. Building is not in a great area. There was more mayo on my sandwich than chicken, no pickles at all, and the chicken was dry didn’t finish it. The potato wedges were good.

Just save yourself the pain and skip this place. Placed an order online 30 mins before arrival and ended having to wait another 30 mins for less than mediocre food. I don’t expect much at fast food places but this was just terrible.

i’m tryna figure out why they closed over an hour early on Sept 3 2025, scamming every single online app user that went at that time. me and 3 other friends put in online app orders that immediately got processed… bc you guys are open not closed. however when we went to the drive thru all we got was “yea we’re closed actually, idk how to work the app, yall gotta do it” and that was it. still none of our money back. obv no food. i wonder how much yall made of that scam.

They are so slow and backed up people are crowding the counter now. Service was pretty poor. 09/29/2023 at 6pm. Manager is doing her best but the employees are just strutting around at half speed. Kid at the front is just taking orders and disappear without helping.
