I like this Dunkin, it’s clean inside and the staff are really friendly and efficient. The food is usually pretty good for it’s price range too. I don’t normally like Dunkin, but I enjoy coming to this one when the mood strikes.

I have never wrote a review in my life. But after my experience at this location I figured I would say something. Place was busy like most Dunkins are. Girl that took my order really didn’t seem to listen when I ordered. Got a latte and two turkey sausage,egg, and cheese English muffins was my order. Which came to 15 bucks. Didn’t think much when I ordered my latte. I said hot but I don’t think she was listening. While waiting for my food that took a good 10 mins to get. One worker stated that there was a funky smell.. another coworker spoke up and stated “its probably those ambulance drivers.” Her coworker started to laugh and to have her shush real quick. This establishment back when it opened ran alot smoother and the workers seemed to care and not make rude comments.
Latte finally comes up and its an iced one. Sandwiches were not up yet with almost 10 mins have gone by and others have placed orders and got their hot food after mine. Told the worker I wanted a hot latte. She kind of gave an attitude and said well I can make another. At this point I just took it and asked for the sandwiches. After leaving the sandwiches were even the wrong ones.
This place needs to do better. The blatant disrespect for Healthcare workers shows the quality of individuals that are employed there.

Don’t bother walking in. They’ll literally walk past you at the counter, look at you, and not even acknowledge your presence. Not even a “we’ll be with you in a minute”. Both times I’ve been to this location, my experience has been the same & after several minutes of this, I’ve walked out. I’ll stick with the other locations from now on. Do better.

This morning, I got a coffee and bagel. After I received my coffee I don’t was told to move to a parking spot and they would bring my bagel out, which is totally fine. Then I sat there for 10 MINUTES waiting for a bagel. I drove off to find a bagel not even enjoyable. Cream cheese on one side and not even enough to even spread to other side.
I definitely will not be stopping for another breakfast item.

Ordered avocado toast with bacon. Was given untoasted bread with avocado and no bacon. Fail. Big fail. Taking pride in your job has gone by the wayside. It’s about speed now instead of quality.

I got a medium French vanilla iced coffee extra ice six cream, six sugar and a medium iced macchiato extra caramel….neither of my drinks were right and the lady at the speaker sounded very distracted. They ended up giving me a medium iced macchiato, six cream, six sugar, no caramel extra ice and a medium French vanilla coffee, less ice three French vanilla, cream, six sugar. Absolutely horrible service. The phones are never working when I call to complain. Won’t be coming back

Love donuts but could be sweeter with coffee. Got an iced mocha coffee and it was pretty good but not as good as other places. Nice ppl and good atmosphere. I hope they bring back the pumpkin cream donut for fall this year.
