Had an absolutely incredible dinner with my husband last Friday night—hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The service was truly unmatched, and Andrew H deserves ALL the praise. His attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism made us feel so welcomed and genuinely taken care of from start to finish.
The food was phenomenal, every bite better than the last, and the cheesecake dessert… wow. Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. This was one of those nights you talk about long after it’s over.
Cannot recommend this place (or Andrew H!) enough. We’ll absolutely be back for more!

I came in to Red Lobster just looking to have a simple lunch and a drink, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The service was so slow and unorganized that I never even got the chance to place a food order. After sitting and waiting far too long just to be helped, I ended up only getting a drink and some biscuits. The drink was honestly disgusting and not made well at all, which made the whole situation even worse.
I walked in expecting a quick, relaxing lunch, and instead it turned into a frustrating waste of time. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I hope management takes a serious look at the service issues because something clearly isn’t working.

Amazing food and service! Everything was so good, from the biscuits, to the grilled shrimp, orzo rice, and broccoli! The brownie cake dessert was amazing too! Our waiter Andrew provided exceptional service! Highly recommend this place to others!

Went in had a drink & ordered my food to go. The waiter took my order but didn’t deliver wat I ordered. My mash was suppose to be loaded with lobster. Not only was it not, but my food was freezing cold. The shrimp were soggy & my noodles didn’t have any already sauce on it. I called and voiced my concerns they told me they couldn’t help me. I asked to be referred to a manager/supervisor & she proceeeded to tell me she’d refund me $6 for the mash not being loaded. She continues to tell me if i wanted a refund I would have to bring the food in. Very rude & o considerate. I expressed it would cost more than $50 in uber for me to do so which would be a waste.
With an attitude she proceeded to offer me a refund for my meal only. It has been almost a week and still NO REFUND. Don’t waste your time or your funds. THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!

Went with my family last night. Had a great experience. Our server (I forgot her name) but she has red hair and glasses she was very nice, very attentive and very on point. She kept coming back asking if there was anything that we needed. We was very needy too lol but she was so patient and cool that it never bothered her. The food was great and I can’t wait to come back soon.

We came in for lunch with heavy hearts after recently losing our uncle. What could have just been another meal turned into something deeply meaningful because of Lareik.
I’ve been coming to Red Lobster for decades and this was hands down the best service I’ve ever experienced.

I came with family to enjoy a good time. When I received a text I came in to get my table and the host( a young lady) gave my table away to another guest. When I asked her she stated I took long and so she gave my table away with an attitude. The security also had an attitude as well. It was only 3 minutes from the car to the restaurant. I asked for the manager and he turned the whole experience great. My server Brianna H was excellent. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.
