Quality is very important at Crust, so there are some things we do differently that set us apart. All of our cheeses are shredded from block form in each location daily; our cheese never comes pre-shredded in a bag. Our dough is made fresh in house at each location multiple times throughout the day.

Great tasting pizza. The chicken wings were very disappointing. Tasted like some Tyson wings you buy from Walmart and the buffalo sauce isn’t spicy at all. Wings are soggy but they give you about 6-8 wings for about $12-$14 so I guess it balances out. Great atmosphere, clean bathrooms, and lunch stop paradise….. Dear Crust…… upgrade your wings I beg of you lol

Pizza was really good. The buffalo wings had really good flavor, although they were a little too soft for our preference. We like our wings a little crisper. Friendly staff and the service was quick, seemed like we had our food in 10-15 mins, Would definitely stop back in next time I’m driving throu Baton Rouge again.

Crust pizza has good pizza, fast service, and good open atmosphere. Highly recommend the Crust Pizza on Millerville in Baton Rouge Louisiana. I tried a house salad with balsamic vinegar dressing. Not a overly huge portion but perfect when paired with some good pizza. They have favorite pizza and build your own. My son and I shared his favorite a chicken pizza. The chicken was grilled and moist mouthful pieces in every bite. I never tried a chicken pizza, this was the best place to try one. I recommend you try this pizza place next time you are looking for somewhere to pickup, delivery, or going out to eat.

We had the lunch specials with salads and small pizzas. The salad was a fresh spring mix with fresh tomatoes and the dressings are very good. I’m not sure if they are house made, but they don’t taste like the typical bottle. Our pizzas had pepperoni and bell peppers. They were hot; the crust is thin and crisp. It was a very good lunch

The meatball sub was by far the tastiest meatball sub, even though it looks like a meatball s’mores really (lol). The atmosphere is really pretty at night, and the service is well done! Found my Favorite Vegan Pizza- Crust Crushed it!
I visited Baton Rouge for an LSU football game over the weekend and went to Crust for the first time on Friday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I chose “The Veggie” with vegan cheese. The pizza was so delicious that I had to go back a second time before leaving town. I loved that the pizza was covered in veggies and the vegan cheese was delicious, it had the perfect consistency; it is always a hit or miss with vegan cheese. On my second visit I built my own pizza and chose the Cauliflower Crust- again, no disappointment. The thickness of the pizza crust was perfect, the ingredients fresh and the taste wonderful. People with allergies and dietary restrictions are very appreciative of restaurants that have good quality food without sacrificing taste.
The restaurant itself is very clean and inviting, especially for families. They have a covered outside patio with a little turfed play area for children, so parents get to enjoy their dinner with a drink while the kids can play off their energy. I am already looking forward to visiting Baton Rouge and Crust again- I’ll be back!

I went to Crust Pizza Baton Rouge and was blown away by their customer service! The staff was friendly and attentive. Not only did they deliver our thin-crust pizza lightning fast, but it was also incredibly fresh and delicious. I absolutely loved the quality of their ingredients. This place is a gem for anyone craving excellent pizza and top-notch service. Though they did leave out the three sauces I ordered extra. I only picked up the food so not much details on the resturant but seemed plenty spacious and not very full at around 5pm.
