No issue at all with the employees or the coffee/food. I just stopped here for the first time since they did the remodel and it’s intended to be carry out only now. No place to sit or even set my laptop down while I wait for a coworker to pick me up from dropping my car off nearby to get new tires.
If your order isn’t ready, your options are stand by the counter or go back and wait in your car.
TLDR, Staff is great, coffee is great, not having seating anymore is ridiculous.

This was the last chance I gave this Starbucks after repeatedly getting my orders wrong. Worst customer service ever. Called after receiving 2 incorrect drinks and the manager was attempting to gaslight me into thinking my drink was fine! It wasn’t , she actually hung up on me very rudely! What a great ro model to her employees! So I drove to the store and went through the drive through, I got to the window and very politely explained what had happened and they argued and told me I had to leave the line pull around and come inside because they didn’t want there drive times to be off. So I then go inside and they all are staring at us, had to wait for someone to come over even though they were standing there talking about my sister and I as we watched. Not surprised they sent over an employee that had no clue what was happening so i then had to re explain it for the third time, how unprofessional. Then I was asked to show my bank statements and the Starbucks app because “people try to get free Starbucks all the time” implying I was doing that. I had no problem showing them I even showed pictures of the drinks showing the problems with time stamps! They still argued with me. I then brought up Starbucks policy’s and even showed them and I was told that the policy doesn’t exist! Weird didn’t know one store could change a huge company’s policy (they can’t). The employees at this store need a course on human decency, professionalism and customer service! If you want your orders correct may I suggest driving to the 18th Ave Starbucks where I’ve only ever had pleasant experiences as there employees, product and presentation is a much more professional, welcoming and better experience than the paradise store.

Savanna (I believe) took my order add handed me my drink in the drive through. She was very kind and friendly and made sure the person making my drink gave me a lot of caramel syrup. 5/5 I go here all the time

Saturday at 630, I order my drinks for in store pickup. I go, they are ready. I am the only person in the store and I see three employees. Nobody acknowledges me come inside or proceed to stand at the pickup counter. My drinks are sitting behind the cafe counter, screen inside says my name and ready to go! Workers are just starting at me staring at my drinks sitting out of reach for five minutes before I ask, can I have my drinks? I’m responded to with a “yeah” then my drinks are set on the pickup counter finally without straw that were necessary to drink the drinks. WOW!

This Starbucks location is the worst ever. The company should be ashamed of what they did here. No inside seating, no outside seating, barely a cold vacant lobby the size of a coat closet, with a empty counter you can’t even tell what side you’re supposed be on, no indication there is even a store or restaurant in there, and no sign of employees – just a boring wall to stare at hiding the operation behind. How pathetic. NOT a Starbucks

So I’ve given them multiple chances to get my orders correct because I’m a regular Starbucks customer and recently am in west bend frequently and visited here. They got my sandwich order made sloppily and unsatisfactory and then my matcha today was not filled to the top after spending $20 on my order I expect my drinks full. It was way below the normal line it’s supposed to reach. I have been a barista before and am aware of how full it should be and I seen it as a lack of customer service and was disappointed. Will not be going back to Starbucks for some time.

They always stir drinks at this location that shouldn’t be stirred. For some reason they stir the cold brew cold foam so then the foam isn’t sitting on the top, it’s stirred in. They do the same thing for caramel macchiatos where the coffee isn’t on the top, it’s all stirred in like a latte. You have to go to a different location in order to get the drinks correctly how they should be made.

I ordered a grande caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and it was just so milky and watery not as good as other places. I also ordered a Venti iced pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and a caramel drizzle and it taste just like a straight up cold brew it’s tastes like coffee like there’s no pumpkin spice taste at all. It’s so bitter. it’s also very watery and it was so melted already when I got it which makes no sense. I don’t know why they didn’t put the whipped cream fully and just half assed it. I ordered these in drive-through so I’m so unbelievably disappointed like how can you possibly mess that one up this location seems to have a rep for making bad drinks.

So you want my money but I can’t sit onside and enjoy my coffee between meetings and work..this is a joke avoid this location. 2nd one I went today other one was so packed with one person taking up seating 4-8 people glad. sales are down the corporate greed and poor making it completely unaccessible and unusable in a tangible space that you guys had carved out for decades I can’t wait to see your demise

1st time at this location. I won’t be back! No display of food items – just a menu. And there wasn’t a menu of sweet items. The staff person rattled off the items fast. I asked for a cuff for my hot drink & it tossed at me. And no bathroom!
