I had never been to a Sonic before until visiting this location. I couldn’t believe how bad my experience was to the point where I called corporate to let them know about it. To be honest, corporate didn’t seem to care and seemed to think I was looking for a refund or a freebie to which I said “keep your money”, I only wanted them to know how horrible the food was at this location, nothing more. I ordered chicken tenders and fries which were way over fried and dried out beyond recognition. It amazed me that the car hop actually delivered this food to me with a straight face as though it were even remotely edible. The whole thing was nothing more than a bunch of blackened, burnt pieces that you typically find at the bottom of a fryer basket. This chain is obviously on a death spiral. Don’t waste your time or money here. The company obviously doesn’t care and does not even try. The customer suggestion/relations line is in the middle east which is almost impossible to reach in the first place , which is exactly how it was designed. You’ll notice that the typical, corporate response to a poor review is to list a phone number, inviting you to escalate the matter to a franchise owner which of course leads nowhere so don’t waste your time. Again it’s obviously designed that way.

Just came through and ordered 3 combo meals. Got a large onion ring and they gave me literal scraps . There was a brown onion looked so old and rock hard I couldn’t even eat them. And both my child’s burger and mine were black, dry, old, tasted burnt. Just in eatable. Not worth the 36 dollars I spent, I’m so upset right now. Not cool

The drink itself was great, but i ordered a strawberry milkshake and i for the life of me cannot understand why you guys have a straw that is so small and you have to suck the life out of it to even get the tiniest bit of the milkshake, i felt like i was loosing oxygen and gonna have a brain aneurysm, you guys need to change your straw i dont want to wait until it is fully melted to drink it, it should be cold.

Guy brought out the food dropping everything, food was burnt. Tots were really too crispy. $42 and we left hungry. Will not be returning to this crappie sonic.

Unbelievably slow and can’t seem to get an order correct . I spent a good 30 minutes in Line after placing my order, don’t go if you are looking for fast food,and the order was wrong.. This is not the first time I have had this experience just the first time I have reported it.

I had a very bad experience. I was at this location for over an hour. Nothing moved fast, except the manager did show up quickly after I called the location from the drive-in stall because no one was responding when I pressed their red call button. The picture is of the tots that I was served. The oil must have had remnants of prior burnt items- I didn’t eat them, because the burnt specks just didn’t look appetizing. The lady in the stall next to me waited 10+ minutes, and no one had yet taken her order. I saw a carhop spending time chatting with a friend when he obviously wasn’t keeping up with orders. I’d say you should follow the advice of the lady in the stall next to me – she said to head to Taco Bell.
In answer to the reply from Sonic corporate – No, I don’t want to follow up with the franchise owner. If you want to let a location continue to have such poor reviews, that’s your decision. My decision is simply to avoid Sonic, because to allow this level of service with so many negative reviews tells me that the problem is systemic, and natural selection should work it out eventually.

You know, I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but every time we come to this location our fries or tots are always OVERCOOKED. I mean don’t y’all have a timer to tell u when they’re done? If not, the owner needs to invest in one. ASAP!

Ordered a coney sauce and light mustard only, and a blue coconut slush. The hotdogs was drowning in mustard and the slush not mixed. ( again.) Not impressed.

Horrible customer service, extremely slow, couldn’t get an order correct despite being told multiple times what was wrong. Workers and manager didn’t seem to know what they were doing or how to fix an order that they messed up. Man (who I’m assuming is the manager) tried to joke about it being “our luck day” for him fixing a drink that they got wrong and tried to joke about us getting tater tots instead of the fries that we had ordered. While it’s nice to try and make light of a situation such as small mistakes happening, the mood was not right and it’s not hard to give someone what they ordered and fix after being made aware of the mistake. Also, trying to take food back in exchange is unsanitary, I wouldn’t like to receive food that was taken from a customer in exchange for their right food since I don’t know where those persons hands have been. Also, the fries were undercooked, just looking at them you can tell they’re not cooked all the way and trying to serve these to people is disgusting and a health concern.
