They were out of everything for my online order and couldnt tell me what I did and didnt have? They said ill have to grab it and guess what I get for an order over $60 in orders. Absolutely would have helped to know because our whole order is wrong and missing everything. If she was nicer about it i would have been fine but being rude AND missing the queso cheese on everything, tomatoes, Baja blast and creams and being rude about it was insane! I am disappointed.

HAIR IN MY BURRITO? REALLY? My partner brought Taco Bell home earlier from this location, I put my burrito aside for later. The caption on that photo? I didn’t write it, I took the photo and the google maps app suggested that caption because as you can clearly see on that paper towel I put down for contrast, that is a SUPER LONG HAIR COMING OUT OF MY BURRITO THAT WAS IN MY MOUTH. IT IS SO LONG THE REST OF IT IS STILL IN THE BURRITO. DO YOU KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE PULLING A STRANGERS LOOOOOOOONG HAIR OUT OF YOUR MOUTH? I don’t recommend it. It’s pretty gross. The dining area was dirty. This place never has enough help. The girl that works up front said she was sorry for inconveniencing customers multiple times. But she did nothing to help but walk away. She said she would help in a few minutes and after 10 minutes of waiting I had to order off of a nasty kiosk. The kiosk is not user friendly and several customers who came in to order walked away. Drive thru customers were their number 1 choice.

Went in to pick up a online order. The drink was sitting there when I got there. Waited over 10 minutes. Watched 15-20 orders. Get put out the drive-thru and when I asked if my order was ready I was lied to by an employee and told me that they was just getting ready to start on it that the order just come through but somehow they knew what the drink was. It is not good for an employee to lie to a customer and the only reason they got a one star is because zero is not available

We ordered the chicken bacon ranch nacho fries, but what we got was two of them with only chicken and pico de gallo on it and my boyfriend was only pico de gallo ranch cheese on the fries with no chicken. We will no longer have any business with this store again.

The service is terrible. I visited the restaurant once and waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I stopped by recently and had the same problem. No cashier just someone running the drive thru. I just left after waiting almost 10 minutes. I won’t be back the food is not worth waiting an eternity for.

I love this location the food is always fresh BUT the last three times i have ordered online our orders have been wrong. I understand there are times in food service where things are forgotten but it does suck when you ask for specific items/ requests on the app and they are not paid attention to. I hope they can try to fix this.
