Many of the negative reviews are from delivery orders, so how about visiting in person? I order about once or twice a month, and I usually get a carnitas bowl with assorted veggies and plantains (as you can see in this pic). I opt for no rice or beans, but get some refried beans. A+ for customization.

Los amigos. When I got back to work and started eating a sweet plantain I ended up chewing on a mental object and was thankful not to swallow it because if I did anything could’ve happened. This is very unprofessional and hope they do better.

I tried their bowl- chicken bowl. It was pretty good. The portion they provide is very nice without any hesitations!
There is room for improvement in terms of taste of Chicken!
Overall, nice place to have mexican food, good hospitality and fast service!
Not to mention their drinks, not sure what exactly the name of the drink was, but it was absolutely amazing!
Would definitely go there again for their drink/juice!

Yuca was amazing and filing. Next we tried a coconut shrimp bowl with all the veggies.veru fresh ingredients. There was enough parking space in the back too. Worked out well for the event we were planning to go after .

I really like the flavor of the food here — it’s tasty and seems well made — but almost every single time I order, something is missing from my order.
Last night, I ordered a bowl and my daughter ordered a burrito. Her burrito came with rice, tomato, and lettuce — but it was missing refried beans, grilled steak, sour cream, and cheese. Basically, most of what makes it a burrito!
We were both starving, so I shared some of my food with her and we ate before it got cold. After finishing, my daughter reached out through the chat to report the issue, and the restaurant asked for a picture of the food. Obviously, by then we didn’t have one. They refused to offer any refund or even acknowledge the mistake.
I find it extremely disappointing — not only because this keeps happening, but also because there was no trust in our word as loyal customers. We’ve overlooked missing items before, but this time we decided to speak up and ended up being treated as if we were lying.
The food is good, but the service and order accuracy are consistently unreliable, and that completely ruins the experience.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They list prices and add-ons for less than what they charge. For example, a add in for extra cheese might say $2, but if you add it they charge $4. It’s absolutely a scam and intentional. They have no way to contact them as their phone lines do not work.

Ordered delivery through their website and they forgot to include several items I paid for. They don’t have a working phone number so there’s no way to contact the restaurant for them to make things right. Had to send an email to corporate to ask for a refund when all I wanted was enough food for my family to eat dinner. Why would a restaurant not have a working phone number for customers much to call them? I tried three different los amigos locations and apparently this is a common theme where the business owners choose not to make a working phone number available to customers. I was disappointed with the owners did email me back and ultimately provided a refund several days later so I’m updating my review from one star to three stars.

Like any other chain, you can tell that most of the staff members are not happy to work there. My son had a California burrito with burnt chicken, yes you heard me right. I had only one bite. Yuke! I worked as a cook so I know what I am talking about. It can happen to burn the food in the kitchen sometimes, but if it happens, DO NOT SERVE BURNT FOOD!!! THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Got take out for lunch and it wasn’t too busy. Got the amigos style fish tacos. Comes with 2 pieces. Plentiful amount of tilapia pieces so was pretty filling. The sauce, lime and pickled onions went well. Clean inside with good amount of tables seatings.
