The main issue of this location is the staff, it’s mainly run by older Hispanic women who work in complete silence it’s very creepy. They do not welcome you in to the restaurant, yes I understand it’s fast food a minimum wage job, but at least acknowledge the customers. If you are paying in cash get ready to wait for them to acknowledge you, unless you tell to get there attention. You as the customer feel awkward going into the business because of the environment. You truly feel that non of the employees want to be at work or even like working with one another.

This Taco Bell is the worst location I’ve ever visited. We waited 40 minutes for our order (which was only two food items and two drinks) and had to ask how much longer it might be after 30 during which we were told wait and treated like dirt. One worker is especially inconsiderate and always rude when taking orders. She should not be working in customer service by any means. I believe the rest of the workers are okay, there’s maybe 1 other worker who’s also not great, but the one woman has made our experiences terrible. She is very very rude and seems to micromanage the other workers. I’m not sure if she is the manager or not but she sure acts like the boss of everyone-including customers.

3 stars due to the person at the drive-thru not taking order correctly. It’s an easy job to listen and perform your job correctly. I repeated the order at least 5 times and still received the wrong order. I’m glad the person who filled the order made the correction while the drive-thru operator just standing there looking like a clueless zombie. It’s never a good feeling to complain than putting in a compliment, but when I repeated the order 5 times and having the person correct you multiple times is unacceptable.

Went through drive-thru and got ripped off. Apparently I got charged an extra $2 at the window and I didn’t get a receipt to check where the extra $2 charge came from. The food came out so fast; it was microwaved. Know when lettuce gets microwaved? Yeah, it gets soggy. Won’t be coming here anymore

These people are disgusting and don’t care how they handle your food. Watch how they touch screen, touch food, touch headset, touch food. Also observe how they leave the tortillas and food out on the stainless steel after heating THEM. Clothes dirty and stained. They will refuse to give you the number to management to complain. Threat people do not follow ServSafe guidelines. Look at the tortillas just laying around on two separate occasions. DISGUSTING.

Be prepared to wait 30 min for your order, drive through or done-in.

This location is great. A lot needs to change the whole management. The whole staff. It is ridiculous how poor communication and lack of customer service is. Also, this is the only one that opens late at 10 like where is the breakfast when you need it? Language barrier, it’s another issue. quality wise of my food was completely garbage. I order a steak burrito and there were only 3 pieces of steak and a bunch of leftover steak sauce in the burrito. I was very upset. Please change the management change all the staff we need a well-functioning taco bell that opens early for breakfast like 7:00. Make this Taco Bell great again.
