Fast service. Nice and friendly staff. I said “to go,” but the employee forgot. She apologized and bagged up my order. No issues at all with service.
I ordered a large value meal. The fries were crispy and hot. I tried their new agua fresca and it was really sweet. Too sweet, but had a good flavor. Their Big Cheddar Burger was interesting. It had a sweet and salty type of flavor. Not bad. I wouldn’t order it again, though.

Food is always fresh. I use the mobile app. Even with the app, fries are always hot. They don’t have my favorite type of fry, but a hot fry is better than cold and floppy any day.

This was some of the most disgusting food we have ever ate. Our chicken sandwich looked like it lived a rough life. The chicken was overcooked and extremely dry. The soda was flat and tasted only of carbonated water. The fries were good. I should have known upon seeing the soda dispenser as it was dirty. The floor did not look clean nor the counter with condiments. Will not return nor will I recommend.

I left the house in a hurry today and thought, “Hmm, I’m hungry!” Hadn’t been to Wendy’s in a minute, so went through the very busy, kind of slow, drive thru. I figured that was a great sign for fresh burger and fries. Oops! Well, the fries were fresh, mostly….more that half were those ends and tip pieces, and they weren’t fresh. Well, ok, but tge burger would surely the be the hot and juicy burger that Dave intended….oops! I’m not sure that I’ve ever had a dry burger at Wendys. In fact, the majority have been juicy for sure, and usually taste fresh and are some level of hot….but not this one. The server was very nice though!

Great new if you want cold food and flat soda and force wait 10 minutes for it. This is the spot for you. Hamburger taste like they was cooked at 8am and served to you at 2pm

First, cashier never greeted us or ask to take our order. He just stood there and took his hat off and started brushing his hair with his fingers and then I waited staring at him until he got done primping and I said are you ready to talk our order? We ordered to eat in. Went to the condiment counter to get ketchup and both dispensers and straw dispensers were empty. When I ask them to refill the ketchup he said well it will take awhile because we have to wash them. We found a. Lean table to sit at. Note that most tables had trash on them or hadn’t been wiped down.
We ate our sandwich and still no ketchup. I went back to the counter and asked about the ketchup and they said he is still cleaning on it. After waiting 15 min we just dumped out COLD fries in the FULL trash cans!
Very poor management. Teenage boys were all 3 standing around talking with each other and doing absolutely nothing. No accountability. No manager around I assume. Also… we were the only customer they had except one car in the drive thru. Very disappointed today Wendy’s

Ok they need to make their fries FRESH. Mines looked over cooked and the fries are always cold!! Even the food. Also the cashier girl with blonde hair was being rude to the old ppl who are customers. Two little girls laughing at them. Unprofessional. I expect better there.!
