Every time I go in there I am treated like a bother. I walked in and was greeted which was nice, I never go in there so I needed to look at the menu right away and he stated asking me what I wanted. I said I would need a minuet and he stood and stared at me. I asked questions and he either didn’t answer or just read the menu back to me. I was a little frustrated because over a year ago I was in there and they did toppings and blended most stuff into the shake. They made my protein coffee and I realized it wasn’t blended simple misunderstanding but it just felt like my whole order was that way. And they were question I had already tried asking to prevent. So I spent money on something that A- doesn’t taste at all like what is says and has nothing I thought it came with and B- felt like I was a bother for asking questions or It was too much that I was asking for.

I was so proud of the polite young kids that work for this place. They work so hard and are so polite to every customer. However it’s very unfortunate that the owners do not let the kids keep the tips from customers that pay using a credit card. This seems very dishonest to the customers who think the tips are going to the kids. SHADY and GREEDY!
