The last time I ordered from this Little Caesar’s, I said I wouldn’t come back. A few years later, a gift card from a family gift exchange convinced me to give it another try.
I went in on a Saturday night for a simple order: a pepperoni pizza and some Crazy Bread. I was told it would be a 15–20 minute wait. I asked what was hot and ready and was told nothing was available.
I ordered anyway and waited. It’s now well past the estimated time, and I’m still standing here waiting. For a place known for being quick and “hot and ready,” this felt pretty disappointing.

I’ve eaten here many times because the location is on my route. They seem to struggle with logistics. They run out of stock of common items, like Crazy Bread, or Pepperoni Hot-N-Ready. Today, we ordered ahead. We’ve been in line for a half hour, and no sign of getting any closer to the window. I think it’s a mix of understaffed and poorly organized.
I love the chain. Just don’t mistake this site as “fast” food.

Ordered online at 8:40.. They dont close until 10. The two guys that work there had the lobby and drive through closed already and I had to wait for ever just to see one of the workers to let them know I had already paid for the order online. Apparently they like to close the store hours before closing time.

I ordered online so I could simply drive through and pick up.
Sat waiting at drive through window for atleast 5 minutes. No employee came to window. The window is covered almost completely, making it difficult to see a vehicle outside even though there is a bell that rings when you drive over it.
After going inside because no one answered the drive through window, we had to wait to finally get the attention of someone to assist with our order.
Not busy. Just simply poor service.
Enjoy the pizza. Priced affordably.
Need better customer service.

Went through drive through, told them what I wanted exactly and they didn’t achieve the customers satisfaction. Im very disappointed in the place… and the MANAGERS needs to stop leaving all these underage teens to do the work.. they failed the job that they was given.. I will be making a call to reps about this.. the picture is of the pizza I did not order..

I like this restaurant and the staff does a great job, but the Pizza Portal screens do not work to show if your pizza is ready when you get there. They say it’s broke, so maybe management should fix this.

I ordered one pizza then asked if they could bring it to my car when it was ready, I was told yes. I sat in my car for 30 minutes before going inside to find out my order was ready 15 minutes earlier, not sure why it’s hard to follow simple directions especially when my car is in plain view from the counter. Pizza was luke warm when it was given to me, very annoyed as this location is ONLY good when the store manager is there.

I’m not sure what happened to this particular Little Caesars, but for the past two times now they’ve been out of pizza. Consistently do not have hot and ready and I’m told that it’ll be a 30 plus minute. Wait to get a single pepperoni pizza. The young man that I’ve now had meet me at the window twice is incredibly unhelpful and just tells me that it’s too busy for me to get my food. This particular store needs to be under New Management.

I don’t know what is going on here anymore. Since they remodeled this Little Caesars it’s basically like nobody works there. I probably should’ve learned my lesson the first time – but SEVERAL times I have come through the drive drive through to pick up a pizza, and nobody ever comes to the window. I can sit there 10-15 minutes and nothing. And there are people inside working! The bell chimes very loudly when you pull up to the window.
It takes a lot for a fast food place to lose my good graces because I am usually busy and in a hurry. I want quick food, and I understand there are some compromises to be made by eating fast food. But this Little Caesars is ridiculous, absolutely atrocious service.

Sat at the drive thru window for 30 minutes drove around 3 times to activate the bell. I could not come inside, so I ordered online for pickup through the drive thru window. Why have the window if they are going to ignore it. I understand if you are busy but at-least come to the window and say it will be a moment. There are a line of cars behind me as I am writing this. Do better.
