Clean. Placed our order and got the food in less than 5 minutes.
So many choices.
We tried the buy 2 options, 1/2 sandwich with salad or soup. Delicious and filling.
Hubby was impressed. Wants to go back.
The restaurant itself is bright and clean, and I noticed staff staying on top of clearing tables, which I definitely appreciate with kids in tow. Ordering is simple, and the food usually comes out quickly (a big plus when you’ve got two hungry little ones).
The food is mostly what you’d expect from Panera—reliable and decent. My broccoli cheddar soup was the highlight, warm and creamy as always. The sandwich was good but the bread was a little on the dry side. My kids were happy with their mac and cheese and flatbread pizza, so that’s a win in my book. Portions aren’t huge, and prices feel a bit high for a casual lunch, but it’s still a healthier option compared to many others nearby.
Service is polite and efficient. Not overly friendly, but they fixed a small order mix-up quickly, which I appreciated.
Overall, this Panera is a reliable choice for a family lunch. It won’t blow you away, but it’s clean, convenient, and consistent.
The bacon i am sure was real, but it tasted like little clumps of über-processed pork. I wouldn’t have guessed bacon if it isn’t the description. Barely any spinach. Now, ya need the spinach to balance out the strong flavors of cheese and bacon- in a typical soufflé. This isn’t a typical soufflé.
At first I was disappointed that the top of the soufflé was burned and dried, but I realized after digging in, the kitchen must over bake this muck in order to at least try to provide something resembling a soufflé. The cheese wasn’t smooth, melted, and creamy. It was wet (not moist), mushy, and too salty.
The pastry shell was delicious even the bottom, but it couldn’t save this mushy concoction.
I give the chefs and kitchen crew a 5-star rating. Not only do they work hard, they are very attentive to the customers. Thank You, crew!
With a drink, the total was $12.00.
Two previous purchases were very disappointing, but I brushed it off. I can’t ignore the third disappointment. I had to express my opinion because i once respected this establishment.
I will not return.
3 strikes, and I’m out.
