As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Manager said I didn’t have a “bone in my body” for walking away when they told me they couldn’t help me with my order. I was “out of luck” which is understandable . Only the etown store can refund it, HOWEVER, I explained that location was not changing it and said they couldn’t do anything. This location still said “Nothing we can do”. Nothing. I guess go hungry for the night and have to wait a few days for a refund. I could have made a scene instead but then I would just be a Karen. Terrible company. Had to call the customer service line of the actual company to get a refund because NEITHER store was willing to refund OR give me food. Do not come here. Do not come here. They are rude and as soon as I walked away from the counter he started talking bad about me. Roll the cameras back!!!

Amazing! Never been to rally’s and thought I would try it. Staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. The building needs updated, wallpaper peeling in some spots & tile missing.
The cheesecake sundaes were fire but still somehow cold Philly cheesesteak bites are great. Fries hot and perfect.
Everything was so good!

Food so fresh you have to wait to eat it because it’s so hot! Service was amazing. The owner/manager (leading by example) brought our food out to us with plenty of napkins.
While we ate we watched a manager take a drive through order while wiping down all the tables in the lobby. Everything was super clean looking and all the employees looked presentable and went out of their way to talk to us and make us feel welcomed and taken care. Not all mopey and not wearing the “I hate my job face” that seems to be the new normal. Best customer service I’ve seen in any restaurant in a long time let alone a fast food chain! Every other restaurant within 5 counties around should take notes!

This I s the 3rd time I have been here i didn’t see the regular crew from before. The burger looked anemic, like pale,condiments were dripping off. To top it off seasoning of burger was so salty I could only eat a quarter of the burger. Extremely disappointed . There were only 3 employes working ,the kid on the register had to do the drive threw also poor kid was bedside himself . Will never use your business again. Do better shame on the the owner for allowing this. I would hide my head in shame.

I usually stop here to get my kids the nugget and fry box on my way through. Maybe 3-4 times a year since 2017. The thing about reviews people only take the time to leave one if the food/service is extraordinary or terrible. Well it’s been okay, until now. Just stopped to get my 4 children the nugget box. I’m not sure what they served us. The nuggets taste like they’ve been sitting for a long time and and dropped in grease to be hot again. Som bites were so bad my kids called them rocks and threw them out the window. Fries a little better- but same. Not only does the food taste horrible this time, but one kid received a normal amount of bites and fries, but the other 3 received 4 -5 chicken bites and less than adequate amount of fries. Not that we eat enough to make a financial difference for the company, but we will find a new spot to stop from here on out. Food was TERRIBLE.

Chairs and tables where clanky pretty clean though I went at lunch rush. Pretty reasonable as expected wait ALL food was hot pies was molten lava hot with a perfectly great dusting of cinnamon sugar. New BBQ big bufford was crispy but soft garlic Texas toasted perfection. 10 napkin minimum
