Been coming to Jose’s since 2018 love the food love the people dosent matter what you get here your gonna love it and you gotta always make sure to get yourself some desert or one of there homade drinks the deep fried flower tortillas are my personal favorite they handmake all there sauces can say I love visiting everytime only thing weird that happened this time was my waitress didn’t ask if we wanted a separate bill from our 3rd wheel friend and he only had a card so I ended up having to pay more then I should have

Ordered 2 Tacos before they closed and they had plastic in 1 taco so I had to wait until the next day the cashier had no problem replacing but the manager had a problem with it so check your food if you’re ordering take out. Definitely will not be eating here anymore. And I was a regular who works in the eastern market.

In Eastern Market and stopped in for some lunch and it was fantastic. The food is very authentic and very favourable. Server was amazing and explained all the menu options. Must say for what we had the portions were large and the presentation was nice. Very spacious inside with clean bathrooms and parking no issue being in the Eastern market district.

Tried Jose’s at Eastern Market for the first time today. The lady at the counter was knowledgeable and helpful and patiently explained some of the best options. We tried the quesabirria taco dinner and it did not disappoint! Fresh and flavorful, very filling. Messy in the best way. So good!

Amazing experience, amazing food. I stopped by for lunch and the service was fast the people were very friendly and the food was authentic and delicious. I had the burrito with steak and chorizo, I’d highly recommend eating here the next time you are in Eastern Market.

This place is fantastic. I loved the chicken taco!! My girlfriends and I all got a single taco as we ate our way through Eastern Market – veggie, beef, and chicken. The server at the counter was very kind and offered helpful recommendations. I really can’t believe I’ve never tried this before. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

This place is one of my go-to spots for tacos, so much so that I sometimes find myself here once a week! My usuals are the fried flour taco dinner and the chicken chimichanga dinner. The food is always consistent, fresh, and packed with authentic Mexican flavors.
The portions are decent, but if you’re a big eater, you might want to order a little extra. One of the perks of this spot is that parking is always available, even in the heart of the busy Eastern Market area.
The staff is small, so patience is key, but they do a great job. I’ve dined inside a few times, and while the space is small, the service has always been solid.
If you’re in the area and craving flavorful, reliable Mexican food, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Laura was our waitress and her customer service was superb! Gave us samples of fresh fruit waters and went thoroughly through the menu. The sauces(green and red salsa)were watery. The deep fried tacos were fresh but lacked flavor. I will return to try other things. It’s very busy and it seems a lot of people patronize this establishment.
