Country fried steak and gravy horribly salty. Steak looked to be over deep fryer, dried out and tough. Roastbeef on my sandwich was cooked on a grill top with edges burned. Beef was dried out. The waitress did refill my sprite, but didn’t see her again until she slapped the bill on the table and started walking away. I called her back and asked her if the steak was frozen, which she said yes and started walking away again. Called her back again to tell her the problems with the food. She said OK, and walked away. Rude, rude, rude. Onion rings were good, but not good enough to return for bad food and horrible service. We were there on Tuesday.

Food was good, definitely not great, way overpriced for what they give you, we tried dessert which looked good but the cakes were pretty dry. I definitely could have had a better meal somewhere else that I’m sure would have been better.

I had the corned beef and pastrami combo with onion rings. Short version: It was good, and on a different day could possibly be a 5 star. Service will Melissa was really great.
The long version: I couldn’t give this place a 5 because my sandwich was room temperature. It was supposed to be hot. I would imagine that this was a kitchen problem. The quality for the price was pretty good, but needed to be executed better.
My service was really good. A good veteran waitress for sure. The combo usually comes with chips and a pickle. I ordered the onion rings as an upgrade and they were an extra $2.50. I thought a pretty good amount of onion rings for $2.50.
I would like to go back and check out the coffee bar and desserts. They had a few cheesecakes that looked really good.

Stopped today August 17, 2025 about 1pm have a lean corned beef sandwich and potato salad. Server never came back to check on us but passed our booth at least 5 times. Sorry to say the corned beef was tuff and tastelessand potato salad was warm Not cold. Server never checked and didn’t bring our bill slip to pay. I told gentleman at checkout of issues and he didn’t care about making any adjustments. Just gave excuses that he didn’t know why it wasn’t satisfactory.

I always order the Cleveland’s Favorite. There was something really special about the one I had today. Loaded with meat, melt cheese, croissant toasted to perfection. Our server was great! It was such a great lunch.
