The food was pretty good, my friends and I came in with large group. The place looked clean and the artwork is a nice touches. Wait staff was friendly but did seemed a little annoyed dealing with a party of 11 and getting some orders wrong. Overall we would come back & try it again.

Great service and great food! My server Sammy was so friendly personable and nice throughout my experience on my solo lunch. Checked in regularly even though I dined alone (usually you don’t get that in my experience) and made my lunch time here enjoyable. Will definitely be dining at this location again!

We love this place! Really good price for the all you can eat, and the sushi is always fresh and tasty. Of course sushi from Japan is my favorite but this one is a close second! Service is also amazing and super fast. They have lots of tables and booths and even a bar with a sports bar situation so you can even come solo and enjoy sushi there! My husband and I have been here a few times now and it never disappoints!

The food quality and service varies. I had a really good experience at the first visit (with waitress C) and decided to come back again.
However, on the second visit, fish wasn’t that fresh, which is fine since the price is low, I cannot complain much.
More importantly, the service was quite disappointing. I came for happy hour, I had to be idly waiting for a few times for waiter to bring me the menu. He is not proactive at all. In the last round, I order some food including a seafood udon. Everything else was served and ate, and I waited maybe 10 mins, the udon didn’t come. Waiter came to me and asked if I need more food. I told him that udon hasn’t come. He went to check. Then 10 more mins, he said he will check again. And 10 more mins later, instead of waiting, I had to wave at him to ask for status. He was giving me an excuse, like “I don’t make food, the kitchen does”. Yes, of course, but that’s your duty to make sure that food is delivered to my table.
I’m really unhappy about the delay of food delivery and his attitude. I don’t think I’ll visit again given the food quality and service varies so much. I don’t have time to just seat and wait.

I recently dined at Sushi Hana and had a mixed experience. The food itself was a strong point of the evening—our sushi was very good overall. The atmosphere was also pleasant, with good music contributing to a nice ambiance.
Unfortunately, the service fell very short. Our server, Jun, was kind and polite, but not attentive. At one point I had to get up to ask for drinks and locate other servers, as there was no other way to get his attention. At one point, when we stopped him as he walked by, he responded with “what’s up,” which felt unprofessional in a dining setting as if we were burdening him.
When I needed water, I had to get out of my booth and ask a server from another section. She did not come up to the booth and instead spoke to me from behind it, and initially did not seem willing to come over at all since it wasn’t her section. This added to the overall feeling of inattentive service.
Additionally, instead of bringing a pitcher to the table to refill drinks, our used cups were taken to the back, which was uncomfortable. The soda we were served was very flat, and everyone at the table ended up sending it back.
While the food quality was good, the lack of attentiveness and multiple service issues significantly impacted the experience. Because of this, I don’t plan on returning. There are other options, such as Sushi Taku, that offer a better overall experience in my opinion.

Sushi Hana Ballantyne is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the experience was top-notch. The hibachi and sushi were both incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Cindy, went above and beyond, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect. The service, the food, and the vibe all combined to make it a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing sushi and hibachi!

Our server, Cindy, was fantastic — super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. The food, service, ambiance, and location all exceeded our expectations.

This was such a fun experience! We had never been so we had no expectations but got very lucky and came in at the time they were doing their $14.99 happy hour menu with the all you can eat service. The service was great! The lamb skewers were amazing…also enjoyed the calamari, mussels, and ahi tuna. They also had $5 drafts when we were here which was nice as well. Will definitely be back!
