Went there just recently and the price difference is noticeably different … a chicken strip basket is $5 MORE than one at another location! And this was also the case with a couple other items we ordered. If you go to the app, you will notice the price difference at each location (see photos below). If I would’ve known I’d be paying that much, I wouldn’t went somewhere way nicer. If you have time, save yourself the $5 and go to the location off St. Peter’s Howell Rd. That location has much better customer service as well! 🙂

The sundaes were very yummy, but when I repeated my order they still messed up, and forgot to add cookie dough to my blizzard. My boyfriend asked for a large and they gave him the amount of a small. My mom got more in her medium sundae than he did.

I usually love this Dairy Queen. Order a banana split Blizzard, no chocolate. Got home & was loaded with chocolate. Next time will check before leaving drive through. Kid taking order couldn’t have been less interested, maybe pay more attention to what customer is ordering. Will call store tomorrow.

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and no one asked to take my order or even spoke to me. I realize other members of my party had ordered online so their food was ready and they may have assumed I was part of the order, but they never asked. We were guests in the store and the employees were more concerned with their own problems. This is the worst experience I have EVER had at a Dairy Queen.

Gentleman with the long hair (Aiden) working the front single handedly is keeping your business running he deserves a raise and employee of the month. Im writing this as i sit and wait for my food with my friends. He is taking orders, making orders, packing orders, and serving the lobby as a manager this is the kind of hard work that should be rewarded. I hope management takes this serious as he is basically the only one working.

Went to the DQ on First Capitol on 6/28 At 9:45pm and had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had at a drive thru. The young woman didn’t open her mouth to even speak a single word to me the entire transaction. It was so bizarre. Even when she handed me the bag with my blizzard in it, she didn’t speak. She was kind of tall with curly/wavy hair pulled back. I would highly recommend you go over customer service training with her.
