Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

I’ve lived here my whole life and I always enjoy coming here. Friendly staff, food is always hot and fresh! Only complaint about this visit is that my daughter’s kids meal was missing French fries, no big deal. So I went to the counter to let them know, and when the girl I talked to told the girl cooking that I was missing a fry, the cook got almost mad. So the first girl said it’s to go so I politely told her we are eating here. The cook got more upset because I guess she didn’t hear the correction, and flopped our fries on a tray and tossed the tray in the window. I understand it was a little busy because of a fundraiser, but it was still a little disappointing to see when they always have such good service!!

Passing through town around 7:20pm we stopped to grab some food. We arrived right before a big rush. Some of the kids appeared to be training and there were several in the kitchen. One person in the kitchen even said, “wow, there’s no organization.”
Not sure I would recommend the French onion burger at this location. We would have gone back if we had discovered it was missing a burger patty sooner, but we were already out of town. Lesson to Management: ensure learning transfer after covering topics involving attention to detail. Specifically, burger assembly.

I went through the drive through on birthday last Tuesday and I was wanting to get a twist cone. this twist cone with the best and the thickest cone ever was so creamy and delicious and this really nice lady that has been working there since I was like 4 gave me this ice cream cone. I think she would be the manager by now but I’m not sure. I really want to give her a compliment and a tip if she was there but I have had no time. the last time I saw her when I was 4 I complained to my mom that I wanted a cone in the back seat of the car and she told me no but when we got to the drive through the lady gave me an ice cream cone anyway and it was free. I’m so happy about this Runza it made my day when I was 4. thank you so much.

Nice treat to stop at on my way through town. Food looked and tasted great. Service was superior. Ate my food in the dining room which was clean.

This location was exceptionally clean inside. At one time, Runza was always more expensive than other fast food restaurants but I was pleasantly surprised that their menu prices have stayed fairly stable while other have risen. I realized I had spent a couple bucks less than I would have at McDonald’s and got much higher quality food. Everything about my experience was great and I will be visiting on a more frequent basis.
