Ordered online and came several minutes after that time to a store empty of customers. Was made to wait several minutes for my food. Employee tried to pressure me to tip after this, oddly enough, even though I already ordered and paid online. I didn’t get any utensils. Food was great though, but poorly cut so I had to do it on my own.

I eat from Pizza Hut on Busch all the time and accidentally ordered from this location and I must say I am so disgusted. The meat on my pizza Melt was raw! Despite the fact I ate some of it I was given an $8 credit towards my next purchase!! Yippieeee!!!! I’ll never use that $8 consider it a tip!!!!!

I am writing to formally report a serious issue with a recent order and the behavior of one of your employees at the Pizza Hut located in Fowler, Florida. I ordered a New York Style pizza on 02/06/2026 7:22 pm When I received the pizza, it was cold, dry, and hard, and clearly not fresh.
When I contacted the store to report this issue, the employee I spoke with raised his voice, argued with me, and hung up the phone. When I called back, he continued to be rude, cursed at me, and used offensive language despite my calm explanation that I was requesting a refund for an unsatisfactory order. At one point, he told me to “get a piece of paper and write down his name and phone number,” which I found extremely unprofessional.
Most alarmingly, the employee threatened me over the phone, claiming that all of my personal information, including my address, was in their system. His attitude and actions were unacceptable and threatening, and I believe he should not be working with the public, let alone handling customers’ food.

Pizza Hut callcenter is very unprofessional and slow. I called to order 2 large pizza and it took me 7 minutes. A representative Kobe sound so lazy. I liked it when we could just call the stores instead.

Pretty good experience. One thing I will say is they do not have menu or prices set up in their store. But the pizza was good I did have to wait about an extra 10 minutes then when I was quoted. Would definitely go back and get more pizza from here great deals always

Ordered pizza. Went to place next door. Came back 25 mins later, the time the screen said it was ready and They just put it in the oven. No time frame, kept asking me what I was here for. Showed my receipt. Would never come here again. Place is trash, bathroom disgusting, not sure how they even handle it when it’s busy.

Placed an order for delivery and it was cancelled. As I called to inquire about the cancellation I was placed on hold, hung up on. Called back and whoever answered told me that they said only one person was working and was cancelling all delivery orders. The fact that they told me management hasn’t fully staffed this location says a lot about the internal issues and money being lost from this location. Went ahead and ordered from dominos.

I visited this location last Tuesday for their $2 personal pizza deal . It was extremely busy , barely any room to stand inside of the building . I patiently waited for my order . The staff worked diligently to get everyone’s pizzas out as fast as possible . The cashier was very nice she thanked everyone for their patience and apologized for long wait times. Even during a crazy rush the Pizza Hut team on Fowler showed great customer service . It was a pleasure to see . Thank you , I will be back next Tuesday 🙂

I had always find tasty the food here, and it is my closest location. The experience until today over all was good with 55 minutes delivery but I know you don’t have enough people. But today, you guys messed up with me. I got a deal for a free medium two toppings pizza thanks to my points. I ordered a Hawaiian light cheese, and I got a Large Cheese pizza with even cheese in the borders ♀️ I am intolerant to dairy. Only two pieces my stomach can process You messed up my dinner.
