First time visiting. Everything was wonderful!! We had a reservation so we were seated right away. Good drinks, lots of selection, and my boyfriend said it was the best Old Fashioned he’s ever had. All the staff were lovely! The crab and spinach dip was some of the best we’ve ever had!! Good shrimp and steaks too. Overall everything was lovely, and we will certainly be back the next time we’re in the area.

Out on a date, had the Salmon dinner. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the $30.00…very overpriced. I’ve had better Salmon from Aldis for $10 that tasted fresh and not flash frozen and reheated on a grill. Don’t waste your money. The ladies work very hard here and service you well but the food not that great for the price. Salad bar left little to be desired. Won’t be returning,

After waiting 21/2 hours (after being told 13/4) only to walk in to dining room with 6 empty tables and a rude hostess. Water smelled like chlorine, coke had a weird taste, out of baked potatoes. Glad I had to use a gift certificate, but a waste of a Friday night. Over priced compared to decent supper clubs. Will make it a point not to go back.

Large bar and lounge area to wait for your table. Reservation was on time. Well stocked salad bar with two soup options and a breadstick oven. Steak was very good. The Cod Oscar tasted good but was swimming in Hollandaise sauce, it was a bit much. Overall- will definitely be back.

I love supper clubs, Seymour was recommended to me and I am so glad I listened. This historic place has clearly maintained the essence of supper clubs and been around a long time. They have classic dining rooms and not one but two bars with great old fashioneds. They have a fully stocked salad bar with 2 home mades soups, liver wurst, cheese spread, herring, tons of veggies, bread sticks and more. They have sea food, perch, steaks, chicken, pasta and more. Their hostess and servers were very friendly and attentive. I hope to be back with my friends soon.

We had a few drinks in the bar. Best Brandy Old Fashioned Press that I’ve had in a long time! The salad bar was great, and had all of my favorite things! They had two soups. I had the broccoli soup and it was amazing. I wish that I could still eat like a young man – the chili also looked delicious. I would definitely go with the twice baked potato option again.
Definitely recommend.

Worst place for Prime Rib. If you have never been to the Black Otter or Marty’s in Kimberly than you don’t know what prime rib is supposed to look like or taste like. Don’t waste your money…way over priced. If you can’t handle honest feedback from your guests when checking out…don’t ask! Smh I won’t ever come back to this place.

Supper Club Tour #2

We arrived at 4:30p (when they opened) ordered our whiskey old fashioned sweet and sat at the bar for about 20 minutes before our order was taken. Immediately after taking our order we were told our table number.

Salad bar is all you can eat and had a nice selection along with two different kinds of soup and warm breadsticks.

Appetizer:
Siracha steak bites, which are deep fried tenderloin pieces that are tossed in a creamy sweet chili Siracha sauce. The steak was extremely tender which was so good. The sauce, to me, should be on the side to dip the bites in. With it being tossed around, the light batter of the steak was mush and fell off. I would get it again, just sauce on the side.

Dinner entrees:
My child ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it was as you would expect. The meatballs were very dense and dry though.

Bits and pieces which was pieces of tenderloin, NY strip and ribeye, cooked to your liking served with onions and mushrooms. All of the pieces of meat were very tender and cooked as we ordered. It all came in like a beef gravy/au jus which was really good. It came with one side which hashbrowns were ordered. They were very good and crispy (forgot a pic of it).

Center Cut Cod Loin which is broiled and either deep fried or pan fried with panko and Parmesan breading. We did the panko and Parmesan breading. The fish was cooked well and was very flaky. The breading that was on the fish was mushy and the Parmesan kind of overpowered the flavor. The meal came with one side which I did twiced baked potatoes which were really good, they were cheesy, smooth and garlicky.

Shrimp platter which can be ordered deep fried, broiled or scampi style. They were ordered fried. The shrimp were plump, the breading was nice and light and crispy. It came with a side which was a baked potato that was made loaded with cheese and bacon.

Overall on a scale of 1-5 we would give it a 3.

1st time here and will certainly be back!!

Wife had the Seafood combo plate and I had the ribeye. Both were prepared excellent and very tasty. Was super hard to choose a dessert but settled for the carrot cake and it did not disappoint.

The food was really good! It is a bit pricey, but I felt the quality and portions were pretty equivalent. My grandmother tried the “bits & pieces” steak entree with twice baked potato and I had the jumbo sea scallops which were very tasty! I would say the service was great too. It’s an older building with some history, so that’s neat! One suggestion would be a little better wine selection.
