I recently visited Roaring Social for the first time and overall had a great experience.

The atmosphere was lively and upscale, and there was plenty to enjoy. The bowling was a fun and unique touch, although the smaller bowling balls took some getting used to. The live music was fantastic and really set the tone for the night. Service was attentive and friendly.

That said, the $20 cover charge felt a bit steep—especially considering that the food, drinks, and activities (bowling was 50$ a lane) inside are already on the pricier side. While I had an amazing time, the entry fee didn’t quite feel justified. Also they charged us for 6 drinks even though we only had 4 but by the time we realized it wasn’t worth making a big deal out of it. Definitely need to work on that part.

Overall, it’s a vibrant and entertaining spot that I’d recommend for a fun night out, just be prepared for higher-end pricing.

Fun speakeasy/bar/event space/restaurant in downtown Alpharetta. Good drinks & food. They usually have great live entertainment- awesome bands, live karaoke – check the event calendar. Great for large groups. They also have a bowling alley in the space but I haven’t tried that yet.

My first post didn’t post. I am here from out of town visiting a friend for the weekend and I found you on TikTok – made my reservation for 8:15p. We only had to wait a few min, i definitely encourage making a reservation! The service, the food, the energy, the band , the vibe was amazing! Whether young or old – everyone was having a good time and dressed to the nines! I think you should open a location in Raleigh / Durham! Can’t wait until you do!

This is my favorite venue for music and dancing – and they have good food, too! Plus, their service is really good.
On one of my last visits, when I ordered dinner, the server was Rowen. She was the most attentive staff member I have had the pleasure of working with. I really appreciate her professionalism and friendliness.
On my most recent visit, Diego was my server and he made sure I had everything I needed and that what I ordered was to my liking.
Thank you, Roaring Social and staff, for making my visits to your venue something to look forward to every time.

This was our first time at Roaring Social and it won’t be the last. My wife and I were looking for something fun and different for a date night and we love the idea of Speakeasies so RS seemed like a good choice. The entrance wasn’t quite as themed as I wanted but was still fun, and having to use an old phone to get in was really cool. The venue was fairly crowded and loud, but not uncomfortably so and we didn’t mind having to talk into each other’s ears. The drinks were really good and only a little more expensive than some places, less than others. We had the cheese flatbread and chicken & steak skewers. They were REALLY good, warm, fresh, and flavorful. The price for the amount of food was a little high but for a special occasion it was worth it. The band played great music from the 60s-80s and were really good, though I’d like to see other’s just for variety. It was an hour drive from our house so we won’t go frequently, but we had a GREAT time and will absolutely go back when we want a fun date. I highly recommend Roaring Social and am eager to go again

Roaring Social knows how to make an entrance and I’m not just talking about the secret door.

Our team of 20 visited for a midweek team building night out, and the moment we arrived, we were swept into the spirit of the Prohibition era. From the check-in process to the secret entrance (you’ll want to know where to look and what to say), this venue delivers on ambiance and theme.

Descending the stairs felt like stepping into another time. Rich wood tones, sultry lighting and a live band that brought the room to life. For a Tuesday night? The energy was electric and the space was packed! We enjoyed boutique bowling in a lively, luxe atmosphere and our server, Rider, kept our large party taken care of with warmth, attentiveness and charm.

Where the venue lost a star? The menu. While we literally ordered one of everything to share across our group, the food was more functional than flavorful. Limited options and a bit underwhelming in execution.

Still, if you’re looking for a unique, immersive experience with strong cocktails and stronger vibes, Roaring Social will deliver! It’s a memorable night out and a nostalgic journey worth taking.

Went here for the first time while i was visiting the city, and this bar is pretty cool! The band that played that night, Hard Candy, was really good. There was a $20 cover fee but worth it. They do have bowling and seating can be hard to find when it’s busy. Will definitely be returning soon

Went for a comedy show. From the outside it’s hard to see where this location is because the sign doesn’t stand out. It is a speakeasy that holds events.

I had the roaring skewers which I picked shrimp as my protein and Parmesan truffle fries. I really enjoyed the Catcall and BeeKeeper for my cocktails.

My only negative thing to say was the arrangement of the seating because with the pillars in the way and the stage so low it blocks being able to see the stage, unless you are in the middle of the room.
