I ordered a pizza at 8:27 pm. At 8:43 pm, I got a text saying my order was on the way and it should be there at 8:56pm. My projected eta was 8:57 to 9:07 pm. At 9:17, I called the store and there was no answer. I waited for 2 minutes before hanging up and calling back. I did that 8 times and then called and chose a different option. Just to be put on hold. When someone finally answered, I asked where my pizza was and told her the name on the order, explaining how long I’d already been waiting. She said let me check the order. She left me on hold for 50 minutes. I have screenshots. At the time I hung up, it was 2 HOURS since I had initially ordered it. My husband has to order myself, our oldest daughter (our youngest couldn’t keep waiting and fell asleep) and himself food from somewhere else. When I went to check my order on the app, it had completely disappeared. As if it had been cancelled or completed. I called again at 10:15 to cancel the order, I was told they would send my name and number to the store and give them 5 to 10 minutes to call back. It has been 21 minutes and I’ve heard nothing. The store closes in 24 minutes. And I have the money taken from my account and no food. And no answers. Do NOT order from here. This is the second time this happened to me. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke since I had never had a problem before. And at least someone was answering the phone and telling me what was happening, even if it was awful service. I got a refund for the hour wait AND wrong pizza too. This time has been even worse. What if my husband hadn’t been able to buy a separate order from somewhere else, we would be out all of it. But they had no problem taking my 45.35.

I ordered delivery and after waiting 15 minutes past promised delivery time I tried to text the DoorDash person. Then I tried to call the store, they hung up without even answering. The second time they just put the receiver down and I could hear them talking in back ground. I drive to the store, the lady at the register doesn’t let me talk. She’s rude and fast talker. After waiting an hour and a half I want my money back and she said she could make my order and it would be 15 minutes. I had ordered chicken pasta and she tells me they didn’t have chicken. I said I don’t want anything else just refund me for that item and she said rudely, I can’t refund. Just take something else so I was forced to pick another item. 30 minutes later I finally got my order. By the time I got home my pizza was cold. I am so disappointed in this experience with Pizza Hut.
I paid $50 for delivery including for a tip to the driver that never deliveried my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
This Pizza Hut is an absolute scam. I placed an order and waited over FOUR hours, and the pizza never arrived. When I called the first time, they told me their drivers were “backed up” and that the person on the phone would personally deliver it themselves. That was three hours before I finally called again to cancel the order.
When I tried to get my money back, nobody could help me, nobody had answers, and nobody seemed to care. I’ve since checked other reviews and I’m not the only one — this is a pattern. People are paying for food that never gets delivered, and this place just keeps taking orders.
This location needs to be shut down. They are scamming people out of their money and wasting people’s time. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again, and I recommend everyone else stay away.

Ordered in app, waited over 2 hours and never got my order. I called and asked for a refund. They told me the manager was on his way and to call back in 15 minutes. I called back and he wasn’t there yet, so I waited another 5 minutes and called again. A lady answered and said he was there, but then she said it is very busy at the store and said to call back tomorrow at 10am. I asked if we can please do it now and she insisted “it’s busy, he doesn’t want to talk to you now.” So yeah, no food, no refund as of yet, and managers who just “don’t want to talk to” their customers

I guess the food was good ,I wouldn’t know. I have orders online, didnt have any communication with the delivery and never showed. The store left me on hold a few times and left me on the line to here them take another order, never came back. I have drove to the location the wait was 15 mins and they have ran out of chicken and was unable to refund my money so I was forced to get something. Worst experience, last time I ate pizza hut was 2014, I will not return.

Usually this is the best Pizza Hut to get your pizza, they typically read what you order. In my last two experiences at this location, the food has been dry and hardly nothing that you request when you ask for extra sauce it’s like a powder house. When pay more than$50 for four pizzas you expect it to be decent. I think I may have to find a new Pizza Hut

I ordered 2 large thin crust pizzas, a medium hand tossed, 2 fries, 16 piece wings, and garlic cheese bread. They sent me almost every i paid for, but instead of getting 2 thin crust i got 2 tavern style pizza, and i didn’t get my cheese bread. So my order is wrong and has missing items but when i called the manager to get my cheese bread she told me she put it in the bag, said she would check with the driver and that i might have the cheese bread delivered then hung up. Never got my cheese bread.

I waited two hours for the driver to come deliver my pizza. I called and they also couldn’t give me an ETA of how far the driver was or if she even had my order just that she had 4 other deliveries. Do not waste your time.

I had not ordered any pizzas from Pizza Hut in a few years. I ordered the same pizza twice in the last month. Both times, there was virtually no sauce on them. This time, I got there to pick it up, and it had been almost 15 minutes since I placed the order online. I paid for it and sat down. The lady told me it would be just a few minutes. That the cook had just put order #75 in the warmer oven, and I was order #77. She took a couple of people orders at the register and walked away out of sight. After about 25 minutes of waiting, 40 minutes since I had placed my order online, I got the cooks attention and asked him if my pizza was ready. He checked, and it was. He got the cashier, she came back to the register and said yes it’s ready as the cook was giving it to me. There was a lady that had ordered at the register just before I walked in, waiting on her pizza. She was asking about her pizza when I was walking out. She was walking out with her pizza before I could get into my truck. Apparently, my pizza had been ready for 10 to 15 minutes, but the cashier was too busy visiting with coworkers to do her job. They sure expect a tip though. I saw a post on Facebook of a sign in a fast food restaurant that said “A tip is what you give if you want good service “. I hate to bust your bubble, but you have it wrong. It’s more like, “Good service is what you give if you want a tip”. I guess if ever order another pizza from Pizza Hut, I will try a different location.
