So disappointed, every weekend I come to Fayetteville for work and always stop in to this chipotle due to the adequate portion of protein. They normally are not so tight on toppings. This time I had to order double protein on both bowls and it still was less then normal protein portion. I even stated “wow you are going super light today, it’s not like that any other time” only to have a response of a laugh. 2 bowels small portions of rice, beans actually everything….45 dollars later. I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed. If you look at any of my other review they are positive on places. But for a place I go to weekly and the cost of this places services/food I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed in a food establishment. Definitely will rethink where I spend my money every weekend.

This is a pay to park restaurant. You have to pay to park and come in even to get to go orders. If you don’t you get the boot. There’s only like 5 parking spaces up against the building that you’re able to park at for free. It’s really extremely inconvenient for customers and for delivery drivers. I will not be picking up orders there anymore. The line stretches all the way in front of the door. You can’t even hardly walk into the building. To go orders are not put on the rack like they’re supposed to so you have to literally cut in the line at the cashier to get your order. This definitely needs a huge overhaul. It’s not the restaurants fault the parking is the way it is, but they need to reach out to the city to find a solution.

Came in tonight 11/23/25 to pick up dinner for work. I walked in around 10pm and was stunned to notice no one looked up or greeted me until I stood in front of the register. There was 2 males and 2 females, all cleaning up and avoiding eye contact. The one guy that finally acknowledged me had an attitude and you could tell by the look on his face I was inconveniencing him. It’s so rude to treat customers like this and yall need to do better or find another job simple as that. Also, they were extremely greedy with the portions, as always. I’ll drive 10 extra minutes and stick to the one on Dickson from now on.

The first fast food restaurant that I’ve ever been to where you have to pay to park. They were running out of food at 6pm. Had to wait for more white rice to finish cooking and the server said they were completely out of fajitas. Prices just continue to increase as well.

Their stock is literally tanking. They serve burritos and bowls I’d say less than half the size they were even 12 months ago, and to make things worse, my last bowl had a rock in it. I have officially stopped going to this chipotle for good as once a loyal customer. Oh, and chips stale a lot of the times too, also rice is stale and blocky. It’s super gross.

I ordered online and my bowl showed up missing 3 of the items I requested: corn salsa, cheese, sour cream. The portion size was also half of what I have received in the past. Very disappointing.

Another chipotle in town. This locations looks so pretty, especially the outside patio seating option. You can eat while overlooking the happening Dickson street. We stopped by for dinner. While my husband took his usual burrito bowl, I tried the burrito this time. The spicy salsa is very hot , otherwise the food was as expected. We could park without a problem, but I don’t know what happens in the rush hour or in the day time, as the parking option is limited.

Just went in on a Saturday night. They were VERY understaffed. The line was very long, the tables were a mess, the floors were disgusting and there was water and ice all over the floor at the drink station.
