My experience at this establishment was diametrically opposed to the expected service standards. The operational deficiency of the staff, manifested through dismissive and unprofessional conduct, severely compromises the brand’s value proposition. Furthermore, the technical execution of the food lacked freshness and balance, resulting in an unacceptable final product. Had I consulted the customer satisfaction indicators beforehand, I would have certainly avoided this encounter.

I strongly believe I was racially profiled. I visited this business on 8/21/25 .. I went into Walmart to purchase a drink and some grocery items for dinner. I stopped inside of the Subway restaurant to use the WiFi to submit a document for my online class because I have a newborn baby and was preparing to go to a doctor’s appointment after leaving Walmart. I was on the phone with my teacher and the young lady making the sandwiches basically screamed out “you can’t sit in here if you’re not purchasing anything” my friend spoke to her I believe she said “oh we are purchasing something or we purchased something from Walmart and she’s just sending an email” by the time I finish sending the email which was 2 minutes later a security guard from Walmart is standing there stating the lady said we had to leave, at that point we started to walk out of the Subway by time I reached the front door the girl is yelling “GET OUT” (while serving another customer) meanwhile I am walking out with a 4 month old baby. Idk if she expected me to run out the store with a baby but I feel this isn’t experience Walmart or Subway should be giving their customers whether they are purchasing a drink or nothing at all. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and that is no way to speak to anyone.

First of all the guy with the curly hair is great! He always engages with us and jokes around I love that. With that being said though the place feels so blah! They’re short staffed clearly and he does his best to work through the line without feeling rushed so thank you for that. I personally thought rather not eat here because the atmosphere is depressing. The worst thing about this place is that the ICEE machine first is a bit pricey. I paid $6 and some change for 2 when honestly I should have just gone to Sam’s club as it’s ¢.89 there but that’s not my issue. It tasted like frost bite it was gross. I couldn’t even drink more than 3 sips. I love that convince of the location but it’s really going down hill.

Food was alright, they could’ve done a lot better. Service was horrible, the manager who was working was disrespectful to me and my partner. She got upset when she had to go over to get a sauce on the other end of the counter and when I misheard what she had asked, I politely asked her to repeat it because I have hearing issues and she was so rude with it. She spoke with heavy attitude and overall was a horrible customer experience.

The attitude from the manager is insane. Cursing and bad mouthing employees.constantly on the phone, Her co worker sitting at the table and only got up to make her own meal then sat back down with her family instead of helping to clean the store. Both were having extremely loud private conversations when no one needs to hear it. I walked out when I saw the managers co worker go from sitting at the table with her kid to getting up and making herself a meal without washing her hands. They all seem to be related which is cool but keep the family problems at home

This place is disgusting, the employees don’t clean, the tables are always a mess with crumbs from the previous customers, they have gnats flying around , they’re rude they don’t speak when u walk in. They cuss nonstop, the one employee sits with her family instead of doing her job. I loved the tall guy with the roughy beard and the young boy with the curly hair they was the only ones that had great customer service.
