I absolutely love this place. The people working there make it the best. They are so friendly and kind and nice to talk to. The food is phenomenal. Always served hot and fresh. The environment is nice, too. On one side, there are more intimate booths with ambient lighting, up front there’s the bar area, on the other side, it’s more open and well lit with bigger tables and various size seating areas, there is also a hibachi area!! The sushi was so good. The cocktails are also delicious! The cool itch is refreshing.

Beware- their website does not reflect current prices. It stated $30 for seafood delight for 2. When zi got there, I discovered it was $45. The other items were also overpriced when I arrived. What their site indicated, it should have been roughly $42 total for our meal and it wad $63 mediocre food at best. Portion was ok. Shrimp was overcooked, lobster was very salty, scallops were actually good and there was no king crab in the dish as advertised. Instead, there was one little piece of imitation crab meat. There was no soup or egg rolls with the meal either. First and last time customers. We will not be back.

We ordered takeout in Christmas day, for dinner. It was, by far, one if the most disappointing meals we’ve ever had. We’re somewhat frequent customers, so we didn’t expect this. We ordered dinner for 5 people. Only one of the orders was correct. When we called, the manager blamed the mistakes on us! Here’s what we ordered and what they got wrong:

Veggie sweet and sour soup for 2. Received sweet and sour with meat in it. We couldn’t eat it.

2 orders broccoli in garlic sauce with tofu. Received mixed veggies in sweet and sour sauce with tofu. Very little broccoli. Plus my daughter couldn’t eat hers as carrot doesn’t agree with her.

No white rice was received. Nor fortune cookies. I spent $100, including a tip, paid before I got home and opened the order.

Only one of us was satisfied and 3 of went hungry. The most shocking part was how the manager argued and said we had ordered wrong. We won’t be going back.

Really tasty food! Went there for lunch and decided to get the walnut chicken (it was not on the lunch menu). It was really tasty, and the walnuts were great. Everyone in my group was happy with their meals. The crab rangoons are a bit small for the price (4 for $8). Overall, it was a great meal

Food was okay… The steamed bun appetizer turned out to be little noodle based dumplings, not the bread buns we expected, so that was disappointing.
Menu is very American style, and none of the entrees seem to come without a ton of sauce except maybe the couple of plain steamed items. We tried the pan fried noodles expecting something similar to lo mein or yakisoba, but this too was drenched in a kind of plain white gravy. Also the scallops tasted fishy and sour?? I’ve never experienced that. I didn’t finish them…

Overall nothing was what we really expected, but I guess that in itself was what we expected. Food was super fast though, and portions were large. I’ll give them that.

Service was great. General Tso’s was good. Sweet & Sour chicken was tough. We each (3 people) asked for a side of broccoli; 1st person had it added to meal and was charged $3. The other two were sitting next to each other, so she said she’d bring us one plate so we could share. Then they charge us $14 for the broccoli. I was not happy at all with that, but they wouldn’t adjust. So I will be going to one of the other Chinese restaurants in the area from now on.

Heard great things about this place. Went to try it, but wasn’t really impressed.

I got the Mystical Vegetarian, which had a lacking description: “[the dish] defies explanation.” I’m not kidding, it said that in the menu. Curiosity got the best of me, I ordered it. It was just something meaty (unknown vegetarian substance) with cut up vegetables in sauce. It was mediocre, I would not order it again.

The boyfriend got some kind of noodle and chicken situation, and he also said it was just okay. Maybe we just need to try different dishes? But neither of us were incredibly pleased with our meal.

One redeeming quality though was the full page of vegetarian options! I don’t think I’ve ever had so many choices at a Chinese restaurant! Bonus points for that alone.

I do hope to come back and try something different though, because I’ve heard a lot of positive things.

Eh. Appetizers were awful.. Vietnamese spring roll was actually just a deep fried egg roll stuffed with rice noodles. Rangoons were so hard, with hardly any filling at all, could taste the crab tho! I was pleased with the main I had, pineapple & beef. Price was reasonable, which especially today, is not common. Service felt really rushed & like we were inconveniencing the staff by enjoying our meal & chatting. Felt like they wanted us to hurry up. Wished we would had been seated in the back, seems cozy back there. Up front, you’re crammed in on top of each other & under big, bright lights.

We always enjoy Silk Roads mainly because of the friendly staff. They always greet us and treat us well.
We have never had anything there that we did not enjoy; sushi as well as main menu items.

I took my son for the Hibachi style meal, the service was amazing. The chef put on an amazing show, he caught and kept both of our attention. I had the shrimp, steak and chicken, my son had the chicken and steak. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was perfect.
