I have been craving the German chocolate blizzard from Dairy Queen all day. I went in to order it & they can’t make it anymore? Like mumy min had ordered that since the mid to late 1970s. I have been ordering it for myself since the late 1990s, & since my mom died I enjoy eating it every now & then. Large time I got it was before Covid, before my divorce. So I have been busy & finally wanting again. No such luck !

I went to Dairy Queen with my mom Friday night and she got a parfait. I got a banana split and I believe the pineapples on mine were rotten because they tasted like alcohol.
I told a lady named Ms. Jerry and she apologized then took my ice cream to be remade. She even offered me a double portion and called me sir. I really appreciate this customer service!

I am not from Wisconsin, but I have family here. I ordered an online mobile order and I bought a mint Oreo blizzard along with some other blizzards but when I got home and opened the lid and started to eat the ice cream there was a hair in my ice cream. A coupon to “replace” the hair that was in my ice cream is funny to me. I live five states away with no DQs in the area at all.

I am writing to share a negative experience I had at your 510 W MURDOCK AVE location. My friend and I came in for a quick treat after a bike ride and encountered unprofessional behavior from one of your employees, Candace.
After placing our orders, my friend asked to upgrade her cone from a small to a medium just moments after ordering, and Candace responded with a firm “that is not possible,” while giving us a disapproving look. Throughout our short visit, she appeared annoyed and gave us dirty looks, making us feel unwelcome.
Since there was no bike rack outside and the restaurant was empty at the time, we brought our bikes inside to keep them safe. A few minutes later, a small group of customers came in and sat on the opposite side of the restaurant. Later, when we went to the counter to ask for cups of water, Candace told us we needed to leave because the restaurant was “too full” and that our bikes were taking up too much space — even though there were only five people in the restaurant total.
We felt singled out and unwelcome. Candace’s tone and demeanor were unkind, dismissive, and unprofessional. This interaction put a damper on what should have been a simple and enjoyable visit to DQ.
I hope you’ll look into this matter and take steps to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and kindness.

This dairy queen location is a very good location. The service and atmosphere is decent. The place is usually moderately busy, which shows that they’ve got good traffic flow and quality food.
I get what I expect when I go to the Dairy Queen, good food and uh, good service.

I ordered the buffalo chicken strips meal for my gf and I, with fries. The chicken strips are thin, the sauce was unevenly applied, meaning, sauce only covered parts of the strips or none at all. How disappointing. I used to love DQ, but based on the food prep, I don’t think I’ll be back to this location in the future. I’d find another location with better food prep.

So me and my girlfriend ordered a oreo and a royal blizzard, and my girlfriend said it clearly about she said.Oreo and the royal cheesecakeThe lady repeated it once so we went and gotta order.It was the wrong order.So we went back around, we told him we wanted the royal strawberry cheesecake so lady gave us a prep talk about.She repeated the order twice, which she didn’t, as she said, we’re going to do it this once.And next time we will not make it again rude . first of all, that’s not how you do talk too customer because I worked at dairy queen for a while.And even if a customer say something about their order wrong or what ever, you sit there and say sorry.And fix the order as soon as you can.Not with a smirky attitude and gave us a side eye and everything like that.Just it was just terrible service and this whole time, we were just genuinely nice, but she didn’t have to give us this whole attitude about it

Wow! I went here tonight at 7:30 5/5/25 and ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. The service was fine but the meal was HORRIBLE. The burger literally tasted like the fake meat burgers you get out of a vending machine. And the fries were chewy chewy chewy. What happened? DQ used to have decent food
