Since moving to Lehigh, I must say I haven’t had many good food experiences. The local papa John’s pizzeria is terrible. However, after ordering Pizza tonight from Marco’s at this location, I will never order from anywhere else again! They were TRULY amazing all around. First off, the Pizza was absolutely beautiful in how it was prepared. So much so, that we had to dig right into it before I could even take a picture.. but that’s how you know it was GOOOOD. Super FRESH, and the toppings were generously applied and evenly distributed which is ideal, but some locations don’t get it this way. The crust was perfectly seasoned as requested (garlic and Parmesan) and it arrived on time, HOT & Fresh. I also ordered the cinnamon bites and they were fantastic. Not too sweet, and super fresh! Love how the package of frosting comes on the side so you can add how much or how little you like. Most places over saturate their desserts and I never end up ordering them. This one was delightful! And a MUST TRY. We ordered two large pizzas with two toppings, one pepperoni and mushroom with red sauce, and one Mushroom and spinach plus grilled chicken and white sauce. I highly recommend both! They are not stingy with the cheese either, they make a pizza as IT SHOULD BE! Fresh, Cheesy, and DELICIOUS! Shout out to Mani the Manager for doing an outstanding job with the leadership and training of his outstanding staff which included the following Rockstars “ABBY, LENIA, & STEPHANIE” and also to the awesome driver who got my pizza delivered hot fresh and ready to go, with a smile, DIOSMEL. I appreciate ALL OF YOU. Truly. Thank you again for making our night. We had a rough day today, and you all made it better and didn’t even know how what you all do can brighten someone’s day.

Called in our order for carryout. Wanted 2 differed pizzas they were advertising for sale. They would only ring up the sale price for one of the pizzas. Not good customer service to bait and switch the price! I didn’t argue with the kid because I know he doesn’t program the computer. But we won’t be back because of this. Not good customer service or advertising something you won’t sell! Do better Marcos!

Adding a special thanks to the young lady who made an amazing effort tonight not only perfectly making a mistake pizza but also going above and beyond so my son can eat much thanks tonight. February 12th 2026. Great Pizza and a really great manager. The pizza is always good rarely an issue. It comes out hot and fresh and the cheesy bread is too notch. The manager is doing a good job one day we had a website issue and couldn’t use the cheesy bread coupon and be took care of us no questions.

The manager Samantha at this location is awesome. She’s proof that customer service still exists and some people still put effort into customer experience. We had a bit of an issue with a delivery order we received over the weekend. After putting in a complaint on their website, Samantha called me 2 days later to offer to make things right. She fixed the situation and now my husband and I will 100% continue ordering from this location simply because of Samantha’s effort to do things the right way. We also really enjoy their pizza so we’re happy that we can now trust this location after our first bad experience was corrected.

We stopped by the other day to order pizzas and cheese bread to go. Customer service was great we had 1 person that took our order and another when we were done. Very friendly and thanked us for choosing there store. Pizza was fresh and hot! I would definitely come back to this location!

Ordered Marcos for the first time since moving to an area with one. We ordered 1 pizza and some wings. Tonight I was brought an UNCUT pizza with all the toppings stacked in the middle of the pizza. The wife cut it before I could take a picture of the pizza. Pizza was dripping in grease. Definitely will bring my money else where.

The pizza boxes when you come in to the restaurant they’re right there to the left on the floor I mean touching the floor and when they make a pizza they go over there and they grab it. When the door opens dust dirt and whatever else is flying in is hitting them boxes. I went there one time seen that and never went back. Unsanitary disgusting
