Hardworking people but smiling faces would boast the environment even more.
Service and food good. Wish some meat dishes can stay warm as we eat.
Always love robots. Fun eating place.

Umai Revolving is a fun place to take your family. Besides the food belt that constantly carries Sushi , you can order Udon and other dishes and that either comes by another belt or a robot.

Sushi was delicious! Best revolving sushi in New York State! I will be going back.

Went here for lunch with a couple of friends. This was the first time I’ve been to a sushi conveyor belt restaurant. Not only can you grab whatever you like from the conveyor belt, you can order from the touchscreen and other things from the menu will come to you on a separate conveyor belt or the drink/dessert robot. There are a variety of rolls and sashimi to choose from, all looks and tastes fresh. Our group liked the peppered salmon. Admittedly, the a la carte nature makes it easy to spend a lot more than you would expect, so just keep an eye on what you get and keep track of your total and you’ll be fine. Just considering it paying more for the experience as opposed to just the food, because it can add up. Overall a great lunch and experience of conveyor belt sushi place (which is not common around here).

Our first time with revolving sushi. It was great. We were able to try small bites of rolls we’ve not had before. The food was great.

One of my favorite sushi places in the Rochester area! Their selection is pretty good, and the food tastes fresh. We used to go to the one on Monroe at least once a week, glad they opened a location in Victor, it’s a bit more spacious.

What an experience! The best sushi I’ve had in a really long time. Super impressed with the service and the quality of food. The steak teriyaki was amazing. What a fun time! Can’t wait for our next visit.

We are from out of state. Needed a great sushi fix and we got it. The robot server is so fun. The sushi we ordered came fast and crispy tight fresh. The eggs popped and the meat was so fresh. If you need a great spot this is the go to. The prices are great and worht it.

Sashimi and other food is always fresh if ordered custom. Some of the Maki and nigiri on the conveyor belt circuit can be dry after sitting out for a while. I’ve learned to avoid that.

There have been a couple times when we arrived about 45 minutes prior to closing we were made to feel like a burden to the staff. Take that as you will, not a show stopper.

Item for item if as an individual you’re looking to eat more than 20 nigiri/maki/sashimi plus another two side dishes, the price is very high, you will do better across the street at the sushi place by the hotel and McDonald’s plaza.

Still a good place but not my first (or admittedly my last!) choice for sushi in Victor. For those, see my other sushi reviews

Came here on 12/23 the place had just opened. The servers were so rude. They were rushing around in a restaurant with only 4 customers in it. They spilled water all over our table and then walked away. The food was terrible the gyozas tasted frozen, and I wish they had a better variety of sushi on the revolver. Everything that came around was salmon. The restaurant itself smelled like it’s burning which should have been our first indication.
