A young lady by the name of Autumn working on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2026 did an outstanding job of managing the indoor customer counter AND the drive up window. She maintained a very professional and pleasant presence when the place was overrun with customers. She appeared like she was very successfully doing the work of two people!
Management should certainly reward her in some way!

Went in about 4:00. There was a couple, the only other customers, waiting to order. After several minutes, a young man finally, reluctantly came out from the kitchen and took their order. Then he just stood staring at me and finally said “can I get you?” We placed our order and after several minutes my name was called to pick up. The couple who ordered before us didn’t realize their order wasn’t ready and attempted to pick up our order. I told the other young man that they placed their order before ours and a woman, who later identified herself as the manager, informed me very rudely that their order wasn’t dropped. I noticed our order was incorrect. The second youngster was clearly exasperated, took our food, and returned to the counter with different, still incorrect food. He handled the incorrect fries bare handed, dumped them back in the fryer area, and brought the correct food. I said thank you and the manager very loudly and rudely said “you’re welcome. ” I was very surprised with the attitude, said excuse me, and she again rudely and loudly said “you’re welcome. ” I said just refund my money and we’ll leave. She continued to say she wasn’t rude and told me repeatedly to be quiet. Then she tried to refund $7 more than I had paid, in cash, rather than refunding my card. I asked why she was giving me cash, she again told me to be quiet, said she didn’t have an attitude, couldn’t/wouldn’t refund to my card, and was going to give me the additional $7. I refused the $7, counted out the correct amount, said I had never been treated so rudely at a restaurant, and was again told to be quiet. The second youngster asked about calling the GM and I declined. I was getting very frustrated and just wanted my refund and to leave. There was some back and forth with the manager telling me to be quiet several more times. I did not at any time raise my voice. We left, went to another restaurant, and enjoyed a nice meal.

I really didnt like the fish because the add it said crunchy fish this wasn’t crunchy at all. So you see in the pictures . And the table weren’t clean so we ended up cleaning up the table to sit down .

Well, it has been many, many years since I’ve had the opportunity to eat at Arby’s and it was ok. I got the 2 for $5 deal which consisted of a beef and cheddar and a crispy fish. I didn’t finish the beef and cheddar because I really don’t like the cheese sauce they use. It’s not just their cheese sauce it’s any cheese sauce. I don’t know what I was thinking, it wasn’t their fault. But the crispy fish sandwich was on point. It was a good cut of fish with the perfect amount of tartar sauce and lettuce. It wasn’t a have-to-hurry-back experience but it was good.

We went here on Friday for lunch. The cashier was really nice. I ordered to go, but my husband loves the garlic sauce so he asked for cups so he can take some to go, plus I wanted to grab some veggies from the bar area to add to my salad. She gave us cups, and saw that he was using his for sauce. So she was nice enough to find us some sauce packets they had of it. (for drive thru orders I’m guessing) The food was great too! I ordered a roasted turkey farmhouse salad, and the turkey they use is absolutely amazing. They use the same turkey they have for their sandwiches. You can tell that the salad is made fresh to order. The wait time wasn’t very long either. Great customer service, friendly staff, and food quality!

Liked it when there was a lady called Chris working there, she was always pleasant and I always went in just to see her. She made my day brighter. Don’t eat there much now that she is gone. Don’t get the service that she gave people. My daughter was here from Texas and she loved her, sent a remark to corporate about her. Sure would like to know where she is now, would shop there. Loved her, always brighten your day .

Arby’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this particular restaurant seemed doomed from the day it was built. Even though the building is probably only 10 years old, it looks much older. It’s just not maintained very well. When going through the drive through, we couldn’t hear what the cashier was saying. We could barely even tell that she said something at all. The food was what was expected but took way longer than it should have. There was only one other car in front of us and it took about five minutes for them to get their food. When we got to the window, it took another 5 minutes to get ours. The girls inside were just standing around while some unseen person cooked our food. They apparently didn’t start ours until we got to the window. I don’t really know. It just took way longer than I thought it would. We asked for sauces and got GIANT handfuls of horseradish and pepper sauces. About 4 times what we needed of each. It was way overkill but at least they didn’t charge us extra for asking for them.
