I had to wait over 45 minutes to get my takeout order because they are so UNORGANIZED, some customers ordered later but got their food first, while some customers had to wait for 45 minutes to get our food.
After waited for more than 30 minutes, I came to ask if my order was ready but the front older lady (probably the owner) was so rude and said it’s not ready and I have to wait. Seeing her attitude, I asked for a refund because I have to leave, but she said “No, you have to wait, we don’t do refund.” So I had to wait some more and watched many other customers that came after me got their food and left.
During the 45 minutes waiting for my takeout, I witnessed many other scenarios, such as another customer was called to pick up his food but he said he ordered 2 items, 1 item was ready a long time ago and just sat at the counter while they prepared his 2nd item, so he said he his food was already cold, he wanted fresh hot food for both of his order but the lady at the counter (probably the owner) refused to do anything for him and was so rude to him. They way the lady spoke sounded like she was screaming at her customers.
Then another customer came to the counter to ask when will her food be ready cuz she had to go back to work but the 2 ladies at the counter told the customer “just wait, we don’t know, you just have to wait.”
There was another customer called in to order but the item wasn’t available and the customer was asking question but old lady pretended she couldn’t hear and hung up the phone. The phone rang again that customer called back, the old lady picked up the phone and said “hello, hello, I can’t hear you” then she hung up the phone again. Then the 2 ladies at the counter started laughing and talking to each other in their native language.
All the customers waited at the shop saw what she did.
This is a takeout place, chairs are set up to sit and wait for takeout order only, not for dine in, but their service was super slow.
For the food, it’s was cold. They don’t give any sauce, you have to buy the sauce. A lot of customers walked away unhappy with no sauce for their sushi rolls.
We use our hard earned money to buy food, not to buy stress, rudeness nor unprofessional treatments like this place provide. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Prices are affordable and the quality and quantity is pretty good all things considered…
It’s perfect for all the college students near. Something they can afford with the great flavor! I always get a few hand rolls too! Yummy!

I know you are busy and have a good price on sushi, but i will give -10 on the customer service!!!! I think she is the owner but very rude manner!!!
