Stopped in a little after 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night. It was moderately busy, but the crew was moving and getting things done. Everyone in the back was hustling, and it was honestly refreshing to see.
What stood out was the mix of employees. Younger staff working alongside some more experienced folks, all clean, professional, and put together. That says a lot about how the place is run.
Ms. Cece at the register was friendly and attentive. She made sure my order and name were correct and took the extra second to confirm everything was good.
We ordered two Roast Beef Double meals and a Roast Beef Classic. The doubles were stacked so high they made the buns look tiny. Curly fries were overflowing, hot, and fresh. We also grabbed a regular chocolate shake and a regular Jamocha shake. Both were really good and a solid way to finish the meal.
Overall, a great experience with solid service, good food, and a crew that clearly takes pride in what they do.

I visited this store on my way home from work and got a gyro sandwich. I personally did not like it even a little. The staff was great and got our order quickly. I am willing to return again but will not be eating any Greek food from Arby’s again.

Do not go to this place no matter how much you like Arby’s. Went in at 1 pm on a Sat. Only 2 other customers there and at least 4 employees. My son and I stood there long enough to both of us to use the restroom separately and no one greeted or acknowledged us. One worker walked by and said she was off the clock but then proceeded to go over to the drive thru window to discuss a personal issue with a worker that I assume was on the clock. The only picture I got was of the disgusting restroom, see attached. Gross.

First time here, I usually go to the one in Rolla, I got the beef & cheddar for what it cost it was low on the meat & they didn’t put the sauce on it, I did ask them for Arby sauce but the sauce they gave me was something else it was in a container & not in a sauce packet. I’ll give it a second try. Hopefully I get the sauce that what makes Arby delicious is the Arby sauce.

What kind of place closes the drive thru at 8:00pm and leaves the store front open till 10:00 pm. Dumbest thing I have heard of. Hardly any one ever at this Arby’s and by the way it conducts business, I can see why. I’d rather eat at burger king.

I came here about 9:00 last night and got the turkey bacon ranch meal got home an hour later starving to death went to go put honey mustard on my sandwich only to realize there was no turkey on it whatsoever there was two small pieces of bacon and a very thin piece of cheese so I ended up eating a cheese sandwich for $11 I have called twice today speak to a manager and both times the supposedly is not a manager on duty I am still waiting for a call back to see if they are going to make up for their mistake last night there was a bunch of kids working and don’t think that they were paying attention to what they were doing but if I’m going to pay $23 for two meals I expect all the food to be on there I work in the food industry I know how customer service goes and I should have received a call back by now already but they probably just lost a dedicated customer (ID LIKE TO KNOW WHY A MANAGER HASN’T CALLED ME BACK YET!?)

Has to be one of the worst Arby’s. Usually is my favorite restaurants but this one the employees was not friendly or wanting to be there I dont think. The food wasnt all that great either. But the place was clean.

I was basically called a liar by the MANAGER to her employees When I called about missing food. She was surprised when she heard I heard her. I DO NOT appreciate being called a liar over some mess up on their end! I remember what I ordered how I ordered it. Disgusting behaviour to Gossip like that! Godbless!
