Ordered the southwest chicken rolls and waited over ten minutes for them which was not an issue at all. They came out barely warm, the middle was cold. We sent them back and the waitress came back seconds later with the exact rolls microwaved! Disgusting! Serve us old rolls and then microwave them when we point out your inability to serve fresh food?

We were in town XMAS shopping and stopped there for dinner and drinks. Absolutely best choice we could have made! Food was excellent and the bartenders (Shauna and Katie) were fun, friendly and gave us great recommendations for drinks and food that were spot on. We will definitely be back when in the area!

Great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. The beers are cold. We had the grilled chicken wings well done with two different dry rubs both of which were great . The celery and carrots were old my celery was black in the middle and I threw it out they probably shouldn’t have served us that but everything else was great. I would come here again.

First time at Rival’s in a long time and it was amazing. Great bartenders, excellent drinks, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the wings and Mac Daddy pizza. Ed is a great owner and his commitment to the customers shows extensively from the cleanliness of the bar to the attentiveness of his workers. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Great private room. We were using it for a ladies get together. Our server Ken was beyond friendly. He was awesome. He handled the 16 of us pretty well.

Seen from the freeway, but just enough off the beaten bath of highway 50, Rivals is a great spot to stop in for beer and a bite. The interior is pretty with lots of natural wood, a unique and stylish long bar, warm lighting and a variety of seating options. The multiple sets of rowed tappers on the ceiling make for fun and creative decor, so don’t forget to look up!

Rivals has a nice menu, full bar and a great selection of beers. I had the Downeast Blackberry Cider, at the recommendation of the owner who just happened to be sitting at the bar with us, and it was INCREDIBLE! If you are a fan of ciders, it’s a must try. The subtle tartness was smooth, refreshing and delicious. For dinner, my husband ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and I opted for the Grilled Chicken Wings with Stingin’ Honey Garlic Sauce. The bun on the Cheesesteak was soft but not soggy, the sliced beef was tender and pulled apart nicely, and the onions and green peppers were in perfect balance, adding a nice but not overwhelming flavor to the sandwich. My chicken wings were fantastic, and while the sauce was absolutely delicious I did not find it particularly “stingin.” Which makes it perfect for those who want only a little kick.

One of the girls working the bar was a little slow, but she was friendly and treated us well. It was great to talk to the owner and get his take on menu items, beer selections and general information about the restaurant. The only “issue” I had was the women’s bathroom. Although clean, one of the two stalls is incredibly small. Even being petite, I found myself feeling quite confined once I shut the door.

Rivals was described to me as a place for attorneys (because it’s only 15 minutes from the courthouse) and townies, with great wings and very good food. Very true. While there are plenty of options in Kenosha, especially along the main strip, this place is worth a try. Again and again.

Got a burger and tried a little pizza. Everything tasted great and the atmosphere was fun being outside next to the sand volleyball courts. 5 stars from me!
