Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Very fatty and scrappy pulled pork. Nothing was hot or fresh. The ham tasted weird. The manager was kind to help out with the bill. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. You’ll get better pulled pork at Costco and better brisket and ham in a store.

I’ve eaten here a number of times and have had consistently pleasant experiences. Prices are reasonable and the food is generally quite good. The staff are always incredibly friendly as well. Definitely work a stop.

I ordered the burnt tips & brats platter with cucumber-onion salad and sweet potato fries—and wow. The spicy-sweet pickles were a zesty bonus.
The burnt ends were juicy, meaty, and drenched in what I think was their signature Bar3 BBQ sauce—sweet, smoky, and addictive. The Texas-style brats? Bold and delicious. Fries were crisped and salted just right.
Tried all four house sauces, but the sour mash stole the show—bright citrus notes with a sweet twist. Bar3 sauce is perfect for sharing (if you’re feeling generous).
Also sampled the grits: buttery, peppery, and surprisingly elevated by green chiles. Didn’t expect that combo, but it worked beautifully.

Food is excellent! Portions are now very small.
We picked up food there about 5:30 on a Wednesday, so not too busy. We have been taking out from them for the past 6 years so we know what we are getting. We had just driven 10 hours so not totally paying attention, but the takeout bag felt light. My wife commented the same thing. When we got home all of the food was there, but the portions were about 2/3, maybe even half the size that we have known in the past. I called and asked for a manager to ask what was going on, but none was working that night. Bartender said one would call the next day. Still have not heard back after a week.
I don’t know if there is new management, but neither the serving size nor the lack of a call back remind me of the restaurant that we have loved over the years. Essentially prices have almost doubled. Again excellent food, but the prices and lack of management responsiveness will keep us away.

The waitress was very nice and friendly . The restaurant was nice and clean . The food portions were very generous. We ordered full rack baby back ribs with two sides ( fried okra, French fries ) the meat was very tender, and tasty. French fries were well seasoned and delicious.

3 BBQ serves some of the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked, and the sides were just as delicious. Friendly service and generous portions made it an all-around great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

STAFF STAFF AND STAFF This establishment could go next level with better service in every part of the house. Sat at bar, didn’t receive drink order as requested, ordered the signature burger but came out kitchen without signature brisket ♂️ so bartender snatched my plate away without asking to take to kitchen and I had to request my plate back and simply bring out the brisket. Nevertheless, good food but poor delivery when it matters most. Better luck next time

Service is great here, and the restaurant is always clean. Options to sit on the patio during summer. The brewery is good too. But it’s a BBQ joint, and the BBQ is … fine. It’s too dry regardless of what time we eat lunch or dinner. The portions are ok, but on the smaller side for the price. I always order the burnt ends and can only enjoy about 3/4 of them because the rest are too dry and tough to eat (the video is the burnt ends they served…not a rock or bone ). The sides are good. We order extra pickled cucumber salad every time. We will keep going back like we have for years because we never learn, and it’s the closest “BBQ” spot. Hope we hit the mythical hour where the brisket is juicy and the meat is piled high.

Amazing BBQ joint in Belgrade,MT. Amazing wings and starters. Brewery was good with several options. We enjoyed the burgers and fish tacos. Ribs was the only one that was not tasting great, rest of our our meal including the brownie dessert tasted delicious. Location is clean and service is awesome.

Burger bun was so toasted that the second you picked it up the entire thing disintegrated, which would be one thing if we ever saw our server again to get it addressed, asked for a sample of a beer but he never came back to see if we actually wanted to order it, entire table had empty drinks, but again we never saw our server again, service was the absolute worst I have ever had anywhere in the valley, and they had the nerve to charge for the burger that literally not one bite was taken out of, and nobody even checked if it was okay until the entire table was done..
