Let’s keep it real. Taco Bell doesn’t make authentic Mexican food. How can I make this make sense. Anyone who lives in New York knows Domino’s Pizza isn’t real pizza. We have so many real pizzerias that we don’t even think about Domino’s. I’m sure when you go out west, Taco Bell has the same effect on the residents. It just doesn’t exist because you can get so much authentic food. With that said, Taco Bell fits the perfect niche for late night craving. Yeah they might not be as good as the real thing, but you know what you’re getting. With that said, I need the love nor hate Taco Bell. It sits kind in the middle. I prefer going to a real Mexican restaurant, but I don’t dislike the food at Taco Bell. I think part of that is nostalgia. I grew up eating this stuff. And still taste like what I grew up on. So for me as a youth, I had no idea about authentic Mexican food. This was probably one of my first taste of it. That and the fried tacos at another old school restaurant; Jack in the Box. Yes they deep fried their tacos. That my first taste of “Mexican”.
And that is what it is, a great memory. Eating Taco Bell brings back that comfort

I was given the wrong order. We ordered beef but we were given chicken. The order was done on the kiosk. The food was expensive and incorrectly prepared. Unfortunately it was a to go order so we were stuck with it. I never got my receipt which was supposed to be emailed.

I forgot to take an image of my food, but I was upset while eating it. WHY? Well, the server forgot to give me my slushie. Why call my order as if my entire order is ready. Once I got my meal, I went to get sauce and napkins before leaving, so it was not like I was rushing out. I remember when I got home that I did not get my slushie. So unfortunate

Are you kidding me? This is how you wrapped my order which consisted of nothing but soft tacos? I had no choice but to rip the bag open because everything was falling out of the wrappers. Whoever the afternoon staff on Thursdays are, clearly don’t know how to do their jobs. Disgusting.

Ordered at qiosk with an option to pay cash at counter. When we approached the counter to pay the Worker asked for our name and did not take our payment and told us to wait for our name to be called. 20 minutes later order still not ready. Approached the counter to see what’s going on, just for same lady to tell us the order never went through and yet we are just waiting on the side of the counter, very visible to her.. Very rude worker. No apology..

I’ve been a couple times. Amazing food and all. But i called today just wanting to get a crunchwrap because im so hungry and i forgot who i called on accident. (Accidents happen, right?) and then i asked is this burger king or taco bell? And some young lady with an AWFULLY nasty attitude said, “well didnt i just pick up the phone saying good afternoon this is taco bell how may i help you” (i didnt really hear her) and then i said ok sorry my bad. Then i was about to continue to order my food and during my sentence she hung up the phone. I just wanted food after a hard day of work. I dont understand why people have to be so rude these days. This id unnaceptable and i believe that this person should get a warning/possibly know what she has done to be so rude. I hope whoever reads this just knows that the food is great. Just not the service/single staff member who did this awful thing to me. Some of you might say i am overreacting. I just wanted some food after a long shift.

This place is definitely one of the worst Taco Bell’s . I placed an order for nachos and this is what I got a bowl full of chips . Paid money for a bowl of chips I’m so disappointed.
