This is the second time I get a Sugar Cookie Frap and I ask for no coffee and I get coffee. The first time I didn’t say anything but today after she handed me the drink and asked again if it had coffee and she said it was the syrup that made the drink look darker. I get home and try it and it had coffee. I ordered something without it and asked more than once for no coffee I HATE coffee.

I went in with my family on Tuesday8-12-2025. We went in not realizing it would close in minutes. They still reserved me with a great smile and very polite. I can tell they are working on customer service. Since I’ve had horrible experience in the past. Thank you starbucks for wining me back again

Starbucks is a treat for me. It isn’t something I get every day or even every month. I know *insert gasp here*. However, we stopped at one when we were shopping & got this special they were having recently. When I was in Emporia today, I thought my kid would enjoy it.
So, I took my kid and his girlfriend to get a specialty drink I had in Wichita. They did not have the same specialty, but the batista was willing to try & replicate it. While the drink was not the same one I had at home, it was sooooooo good I’d order it again. . I included the photo of the one I got in Wichita. The one from Emporia was all purple.

Used to go here almost every day. Recently I’ve noticed that drinks I’ve been getting forever don’t taste right. The last two times I’ve been in I’ve ordered hot coffee and there was no cup sleeve. This past time I ordered a cafe mocha and got no whipped cream at all when the drink comes with whipped cream. Just wondering when service and quality here went so far down.
