This location might have the most genuine, caring and energetic staff that I’ve ever come across. They greet you by name and know exactly what you typically order. Great way to start the day. The staff brings you joy while forcing you to leave with a smile on your face and the coffee is always fresh. Can’t beat it. Grateful that this Starbucks location is so close to my house.

Asked for a tall cup and didn’t get one. This is actually my 4th time placing an order and getting the wrong cup size. I’m not sure if there are new restrictions on the cup sizes but this has happened way too often. Please update the website or just pay attention. I probably wont be going here for a while due to the consistency.

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and got no caramel in my drink. Just whip cream. Now I understand this might sound stupid but if I am paying $7 for a drink, I expect it to be made right. Drinks are always watered down and I feel like i’m wasting my money. Workers are nice but they need more experience.

Today was my daughter’s birthday. I asked her where she wanted to go or what she wanted, and Starbucks was the only place she wanted to go. She enjoyed it she had a treat from there. It looked like a popsicle but I think it was like a cake or so but she said it tasted good. She loved it and she had a frozen coffee vanilla something. I don’t know the exact name, but she said it was good and she wants to go back.

Coffee taste like it’s burnt. The one in Broussard taste better. They need to check their machine or something. I get a coffee from here once a week and always notice it taste burnt, but the one in Broussard does not taste burnt so something’s wrong and I ordered the same thing.

OK. The guy who took my order in the drive-thru was nice. I ordered a caramel frappuccino and a blueberry muffin. The caramel Frappuccino taste a little weak on the caramel. But it was still good. The blueberry muffin, on the other hand I think it was from yestoday’s bake and popped in the microwave today. I don’t know, but the Sugar candy crystals that goes on it, looks really old and it tastes really old too. I give this place a two stars.

Prices are a little higher than I am used to but the barista’s are friendly. There was only one other person in line ahead of me, and the service is very fast. The inside is laid out nicely with plenty of seating. Thank you guys for the yummy coffee!
