My family has always loved pizza king, even though we find it very expensive for a family of 6 we have always found it to be delicious and will spend the money for it. However, this is the 2nd time I have ordered it for lunch from this location and both have been terrible. The 1 st bad one I just decided well that’s unfortunate but I decided today to give them another try and unfortunately again a huge disappointment. My pizza was the same as last time, burnt, no xcheese and I ordered it with ranch not paste and there is no ranch that I can tell on any of the pizza. I guess I will have to say no to ordering here again which is to bad bc I usually love the pizza I get there and so do my co workers. But we all can’t waste our money on this anymore.

We were the only people in the restaurant. It took 30 minutes for breadsticks and an hour and a half for two pizzas. At no point did anyone seem rushed by this.
When the pizzas arrived, they were undercooked and dough-heavy. It was like someone whispered “pizza” near the oven and then brought it out anyway.
No drink refills, no acknowledgment of the wait, and $90 later we left hungrier and poorer than when we arrived.
This was not dinner. This was an endurance test with mozzarella. Would not recommend to anyone with a schedule, a stomach, or standards.

Do not eat here. Waited over an hour for a small pepperoni pizza. They just kinda forgot about the order. There are so many better options for pizza in this town. Eat at own risk or have at least 2 hours for a meal.

A horrible experience tonight especially involving Krystal the manager who called my husband an asshole and tried to swing at him after our pizza was made wrong twice and not one person apologized for the mistake I have been dealing with this sense 6pm when I called in my order. Have been coming here for years and this is the first time I have complained and I am absolutely baffled at the response I received. She was so rude and from the beginning everything seemed off and a mess I was charged for nacho cheese sauce and I politely corrected and said I actually asked for ranch and the lady said yeah but it’s the same price and I said ok but I don’t want nacho sauce I requested two ranch sauce over the phone the employee asked another employee a young boy about ranch and he said they were out and she said to go check in the back. They got into a small argument because he didn’t want to go check this was all on my first trip I couldn’t believe it it was only barely 6 ranch is something everyone almost wants. He brings it up finally and she says oh thank God I didn’t want to make more. Like wow!?! This is not a great impression for your guests!!! Then we get home and our pizza is made terrible cold and totally wrong red sauce and no ranch sauce. I never complain but for this experience tonight and price I call and tell them what has happened no sorry just that it will be remade. I arrive to pick up and no one greats me a lady yells at me to check the pizza it also looks subpar like basically all cheese and at that point I’m over it. I just leave and go to the car and tell my husband that the lady was rude and no one apologized and showed him the pizza he is not too pleased at this point. So he goes in calmly and the lady Krystal flys off the handles at him rushes the door he literally is stepping out the door and she is yelling at him I can hear in the car and see her swings at him and calls him an asshole my husband leaves and says it’s just a pizza to her. And she shouldn’t be in management. Literally insane treatment I have no more words just disgusted. Horrible customer service.

Hour wait for breadsticks and pasta salad on Halloween. To be expected! Appreciate the way they were cranking orders out and hustlin’. I’m sure plenty complained, but not this chick. Love this place and this crew isn’t appreciated enough. Come at me if you want to talk smack and I’ll happily put you on your place.

This is a pick up and they told me 25 minutes and we got there at exactly 28 minutes. The pizza was burnt and cold. I got a 16 inch sausage pizza with two orders of breadsticks and an extra order of cheese. That is $50 and I’ll never get back. However, my dogs really enjoyed the pizza.

What can I say, Pizza King is my FAVORITE pizza in Indiana! Grew up in Muncie and SO WISH the Pizza King in Greenwood was the same, but it’s not. Grab it whenever I’m on the north side or Greenfield. Good to the very edge, EVERY time!

Delicious and absolutely wonderful service!! My husband tried the Stromboli wrap up and absolutely loved it. The pizza was delicious and well loved by the whole table! The lady who served us was so kind and sweet.

Food is fine. Just took an extra 1/2 hour of standing at the counter waiting on top of the 20 minutes it initially said. Also offered no comp for wait time at all. Not a good first time visit from out of state trying to support a local business.
