Great experience at TORA Restaurant. Modern interior, excellent location on the Sliema promenade near Tigné Point, with a lovely sea view towards Valletta. Very clean and comfortable, including the outdoor seating, which is well protected from the wind.
The service was fantastic – attentive, caring, and fast. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Nice background ambience music that really complements the atmosphere. Even the small details stand out – spotless toilets with a pleasant scent and high-quality hand soap and hand cream.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a great view.

Me and my best friend spent 5 days in Malta in the Barcelo fortuna in front of this restaurant. We went many places but this one for far was the best! The food was amazing, the service was very good and the drinks were incredible. Shubham, the bartender was amazing! It was so good that we came back the day after and both days were 10/10.
Can’t wait to go back!

We had a very pleasant dinner. The starters were really good in both taste and presentation, especially the sushi, dumplings, and other appetizers, which were well prepared and enjoyable. The steak was good and cooked as requested, and overall the food quality met our expectations. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was stylish and comfortable for a nice evening out.
The only small issue was that the cutlery used for the starters was not automatically changed when the main courses arrived. When we asked, it was changed immediately, but at this level we would expect this to be done without needing to ask.
Overall, it was a very good dining experience, and we would recommend it for a quality dinner in Malta.

Extraordinary view and amazing cocktails. Didn’t get a chance to try any of the food but it looked super classy. Strongly recommend.
PS. The waiter brought the bill and it was more than what I had and completely different items. Lucky I went to the counter to check and noticed. It might have been a mistake but it looked shady on how quick he collected the money and receipt.

A very stylish restaurant with great service. We ordered the tasting menu at around €45 each. The first courses were small but delicious and delicate. The later courses were excellent quality and plentiful (we were full!)
Drinks are a little pricey but offset by the fabulous view over the water to Valletta.
We sat outside on the balcony in early November and were warm with the overhead heaters.
I had injured my leg and was using a crutch and everyone was kind and thoughtful. There is a lift from street level and no further steps to negotiate. A Bolt taxi dropped us right outside at the kerb.
The music from downstairs at Mantra was fine, not too intrusive (the video is typical of the music throughout the evening, easy going house).
The vast majority of patrons were well behaved but unfortunately as we were leaving a party of 3 young men were seated next to us. They were very rude to the sweet waiter who quietly dealt with them (I hope for the sake of the hard working staff that this is not a common occurrence).
I would certainly return with friends if in the area.

Visited Tora once again and noticed an updated menu. The design remains state-of-the-art, and the staff continue to be professional and excellent. The food was outstanding. Manoj sommelier, the floor manager Nancy, and Shubham, the barman, are true assets to the restaurant.

We found this place by accident but we are really thankful. The staff was so friendly and the food was really good. The view from the restaurant over to Valetta is also amazing. I would recommend to everyone visiting Malta to enjoy an evening there at least once.

Tried the wasabi prawn, sesame prawn, prawn toast, lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, noodles, rice – these were all a bit mid. Not bad, but not what you expect in a nice restaurant such as Tora.
The two standout dishes were the flame roll sushi, and the prawn spring rolls.
Great views from the outside seating area, especially for golden hour & sunset
