Ordered delivery, they sent it by 3rd party. Arrived late. Pepperoni pizza was soggy and greasy. Gave the 3rd party person the wrong chicken wings. Store gave attitude on the phone and hung up before I was done talking.

By far the WORST service I have EVER had in a restaurant, food was cold when it arrived. So much attitude was given over the phone when we called because the food was cold and after being told they would give us our money back they got back on the phone and said they wouldn’t. I was told multiple times over the phone “it is what it is”. Ranch dip was OPENED in the bag. Wings don’t even have sauce on them. Mozzarella Sticks look old and taste disgusting. Cheese inside isn’t melted at all, still rock hard. Breadsticks didn’t come fully cut, and once we ripped them they were rock hard, tried taking a bite couldn’t hardly chew without wanting to vomit. $50 worth of food wasted! Money is down the drain and food is absolutely disgusting! After trying to be compliant and even offering to bring the food back ourselves for the money back it was still declined, even though she had originally told us the manager was ok with them taking the food back for us to get the money back. Will not be coming back here.

We ordered 75 dollars worth of pizza for our gathering tonight and not only was it delivered late but my five and twelve year old ended up with food poisoning. Also the food was delivered 35 minutes late due to another stop and I’m not sure what happened but I’m awake at 2:18 a.m writing this because why does my child and 1/2 of my company half to suffer after spending almost 100 dollars? Horrible. Pizza Hut is mt favorite pizza and we were SO disappointed.

Ordered lunch today for 5 people. 60 dollar order. Pizza was hot and fresh and ready on time for pick up. The staff offered plates and napkins which was very nice to offer. Will go back again real soon.

Pickup time was listed as 7:11. My husband left the building at 8:13 with our food. Asked for a partial refund due to the wait and was told no and to watch for email updates of pickup times. Ridiculous and the second time something like this has happened in the past few weeks at this location. He also witnessed the manager in a yelling match with a customer in a similar situation. If your app isn’t accurate, that’s not the customers issue. And even then…over an hour difference without so much as an apology from management? We are about the most patient people when it comes to restaurants and understanding, as I worked in customer service for years. But I would have NEVER handled a situation like that.

If I could give no stars I would. Placed a delivery order and when the order came the pizza was not baked all the way and there was hair in the pizza and they also had forgotten part of our order, so I called and the lady was willing to replace our order and have it redelivered and for us to give them the bad food back and I was fine with that. Once our replacement food came once again the pizza wasn’t all the way baked and once again there was still hair in our pizza, I called back talked to the same lady and she got very rude because she said it was baked right and their is no way that their is a hair in our food because the guys that she has making and cutting the pizzas have short hair and mind you not we took a picture each time so we had proof and yes there was hair in our food and that’s just grouse. The main thing that upsets me is that not once but twice the same thing happened and when I called both times I was nice about it and the lady was nice the first time I called but when I had to call back she was very rude. My husband ended up driving back to take them the food to show them exactly what we were talking about and that we are not paying for food that isn’t cooked all the way and has hair in it that’s just disgusting and should never be served. When my husband took the food back and showed them the manager tried to deny there was hair but once my husband told her we have pictures she all of a sudden changed her whole attitude and my husband saw one of the guys that was making pizzas had a long beard and had nothing covering it and the colors in his beard are the exact same colors the hairs were that were in our pizzas each time. We did get a refund but what happed should not have happened and even though it did the manager needs to learn to be nice and helpful even if she had the same situation happen twice because not once were we rude to her she got rude and we just aren’t going to feed our kids uncooked food with hair in it let alone eat it ourselves either. Pictures added circled the hair one is like white grey so it’s hard to see but it’s there and the other one is darker

Things change, now this is one of the worst pizza huts ever. They burnt both cheese pizzas and would not even try to make it right. I would suggest going anywhere else but here.

I absolutely LOVE the Team at Pizza Hut in Heath Ohio The staff is always friendly and does their best to assist. The food has always been fresh and hot when delivered and the delivery driver is always very personable and polite. I sound like an ad lol but this is one of my favorite pizza places on service alone. The RGM is also very kind. I definitely recommend this Pizza Hut ♥️

Update: They still have not contacted me.
Tried it again tonight, and it says it was done at 9:28. They also said it was in the oven 10 minutes ago and still nothing. At least be honest and say we have no clue what we are doing and there is no management.
Update:
Took about 30 minutes over time on a Friday when I ordered 3 hours in advance but food is delicious and team was nice.
Updated: 3.27 tried to order again but once again says it will be done in 15 minutes arrive at the store in about 25 minutes and its not even in the oven. The team doesn’t care at all. I love Pizza Hut but this location is absolutely terrible. I would suggest Circles and Squares for a local place that is much better.

Estimated delivery time 7:38pm actual time of delivery 8:18pm. Called to ask about my delivery and got nothing but attitude. Pizza was lukewarm when it arrived.Will not be getting Pizza Hut anymore.
