Ordered 3pc tenders and fries. Which came to $10.05. So you would expect them to be bigger than your finger for that amount. I also wound up with wedges not fries but I can live with that. But the 3 tenders barely touched the top of the red line on side of box. So 3 little 3inch tenders for $10 is a little pricey. Just saying. Food tasted fine and service was fine.

Happen to stop for lunch break. I placed order and waited. After 20 minutes I checked in only to be told they had to make gravy thus why it was taking so long. Intold them just to give me the food without the special gravy at that point. Instead I waited another 5 minutes was told I was given a couple extra strips as an apology for the wait. Wasn’t worth the trouble at all. I should have been informed about the delay when they realized it was happening and I would have told them then just to give me a different option at that point. I had 30 min lunch and 25 of it was waiting for the food. They even forgot the biscuit so had to go back for that. Over all just a very poor experience

Went through drive-thru at KFC in Murphy, NC and they told me and my family that it would be 40 minutes before any chicken can be served! It’s KFC!!! Why is the chicken not already prepared. This has happened to me at least 3 different times.

Our first time to this location. Somebody took our order when we walked in, but we didn’t see anybody else at the register the whole time after that. We were given a family meal for dine in with no plates or utensils. We had to ask for them… Which meant waiting at the front counter for minutes until somebody noticed us. We needed lids for our cups before we left because there were none by the drink machine that fit our cups. We asked for lids for our cups, after waiting for more minutes to be noticed… A guy quickly handed is a few lids and disappeared again. They were for side dishes, not cups. So we stayed waiting at the counter again to get the right lids… hoping to be noticed by non-visible staff…. After several minutes, we just left without lids. Service was not attentive to their customers. It was also difficult to find a clean table.

This place was horrible. The food was awful had to wait 25 mins to get food. The drive thru had five cars go thru before we got our food while 5 other customers were waiting and got food before us. We were forgotten. Our food was cold and just overcooked and been sitting for awhile. I had to take food up there 4 times because of mistakes. Had plenty of staff but the manager was the only one working the line. This place needs some help and new management when your customers are important. I lost money today and will not be back

If you want your order to take home its best to use drive through even if you need to go inside for restroom. They will take care of every car in line outside before filling orders for walk in customers. I asked about my order so I got a torn apart biscuit and crust missing from my chicken. No paper towels in restroom.

My husband went through the drive thru to get us lunch today. They’re out of napkins, forks, spoons, jelly, and large cups. I had no biscuit in my meal and my fruit punch was just water. My husband ordered a bowl so he couldn’t even eat his without a spoon or fork. This place has REALLY gone downhill.

For starters, it’s dirty inside. Secondly, I stated I wanted combo 13 to the blond at the restaurant, and she rang me up the number 1. She asked me if it was spicy or classic, and I said classic.she had an attitude the whole time and seemed like she only cared about her friends working in the back. I had to repeat multiple times what I had said for my other orders as well. To top it off, when it started getting hectic, they started verbally arguing about not having the product cooked. They need to get their act together in that kitchen. I will say though that I will be opening my options up to the chicken choices and that the food was good!

Horrible…sorry people until this pitiful mess is cleaned up…its zero stars . Contacted coorperate. I’m willing to keep checking on quality status. Until then… use drive thru i guess, or go to Blairsville restaurant. Went to buffet tonight and no plates of all things and no receipts. Really sad because this is exactly what put 7-11 stores out of business. And remember , they used to be on every corner. Look closely. Dried. up, crusty, empty, old,…been eating here for about a year now…it always looks the same. We are finally fed up! Will keep y’all posted.
