Our daughter and her husband had been before, this was our first time. First of the service from the time you walk through the door until you leave is absolutely amazing. The food was extremely good. Took the peanut butter pie home and it was so good. We live in Sevierville but will definitely be back. Our server Kayla was terrific.

Really delicious BBQ ! We travel all over the U.S. and we eat some really bad BbQ. Southern craft did not disappoint ! The burnt ends were really hearty, the ribs and brisket were cooked to smoked perfection with a nice ring. The potato salad tastes like I make at home. Baked beans were awesome and not too syrupy or too sweet. They make everything homemade, including the butter, pickles and desserts.
The banana pudding was amazing with real bananas in it.
Our server was sweet and on point (Kayla)
It seemed the entire staff was friendly and working hard.
This BbQ is #3 on our fav list !

We showed up today at 11:30 am and were greeted at the door with a smile. We were shown to a table on the second floor immediately and sat down. Edwin, our server, was there as soon as we were comfortable to take our drink order. He brought the drinks and gave us time to look over the abundant menu.
He checked on us shortly and took our order with a smile. The food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. I ordered the smoked half chicken with fried okra and collard greens and my wife ordered the turkey with baked beans and home fries.
The food was perfectly seasoned and just the right amount of smoke. The chicken was hot and moist and the collard greens are probably the best I have had anywhere!! Edwin checked on us frequently and kept our drinks topped off. Edwin was amazing as a waiter and I will definitely ask for him again. If you haven’t tried this restaurant I highly recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stopped in for a late lunch around 2:30pm on a Sunday. Plenty of parking. No wait. Clean bathroom. Food was very good. I had the Killer B with cucumber tomato salad and $3 mimosas. Delicious! My husband had burnt ends with fries and beans. He enjoyed it. Our server, Kim, was the best! She was friendly, kind and professional. Next time I will try their brunch.

I normally love Southern Craft. For 5he first time I ordered the nachos eith burnt ends. They tasted ok, but the burnt ends were huge. They should have been chopped into smaller pieces because each one was about 3 bites. They could not be chopped up without breaking all the chips into little pieces. The queso was good, but it needed a lot more of it. My husband’s pulled pork was very good as were his okra and collard greens. The waitress was very sweet, but was being pulled in to many directions to give good service. I still love Southern Craft but will not be ordering the nachos again. I will stick with my usual.

The best smoked wings we have ever experienced. Outstanding food with attentive service.
My wife and I dined here for a late Saturday lunch. We were seated right away. We started with what would be our favorite item on the menu: Dry rub smoked wings. These were tender and juicy, almost falling off the bone, with crisp skin. The smokiness and seasonings perfectly complimented each other. We also ordered the Carolina white sauce for dipping, which was a delicious addition.
For our meals, my wife ordered the burnt ends with Mac & cheese and bbq beans. The burnt ends were extremely rich and tender. The mac & cheese was simple and creamy and delicious. The bbq beans were a surprise. We expected something less soup-like. But they were also delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned.
I ordered the smoked salmon, which was moist and tender and flavorful. I added a link of sausage, very good and on the spicy side. The pepper jack grits was outstanding, creamy and flavorful. Finally, I had the tomato cucumber salad. The thin sliced cucumbers were crisp with just the right flavor to complement the tomato and onion.
This was our first time at this restaurant and we will be back.

This food was delicious! My husband and I were here for the first time with our young children and my in-laws who are local and have been before to the JC location. Everything sounded good so we got the Butcher’s Block. Definitely recommend for large group (6+ adults). I really enjoyed the smoked turkey and the brisket. My in-laws preferred this location as well. Our server, Rachel, was great! She was very attentive, answered all of our questions, and was funny. Definitely will be back again!

This is definitely one of our favorite restaurants since moving to Knoxville. Well worth the drive. This is our second time, and we are so glad the delicious first trip wasn’t a fluke. The wings were just as good as we remembered. The service was wonderful. We tried the hog homefries this time, and they did not disappoint. All this, two amazingly fresh house salads, a BBQ combo for our son, and we are leaving full with leftovers. Thanks for a lovely family lunch. Happy Holidays!
