As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The girl at window was so rude.. my food was old.. fries cold hot dog dehydrated. Order the plain grilled dog and it came with all this mustard and ketchup on it.. I guess they tried to cover up the fact that it was old and dried out.

Now, when you use their mobile app, which works fine when you get to the restaurant, you have to go on the left-hand side of the building which is a little difficult if you’re in a vehicle by yourself, you’re expected to reach across to receive your food. I’m not sure what genius came up with this idea but it’s certainly gonna prevent me from eating there now I had to park and get out of my vehicle to go pick up my food the point is to make it easier for me not more complicated.

Just drove thru around 9pm on 2/14. The lady and young gentleman stated they cannot refund our Lg. milkshake but can give us a small ice cream to replace the purchased item. Theilkshale my sister and I purchased (separeltely) was both sour tasting and smelled funny. They still refused to refund at the location itself since it was a mobile order. Then they stated they were “trying to get the drive thru orders thru since their “boss” was in front of us in the line” … I have stomach issues, and even if I didn’t, they should remedy their problem with the ice cream ! Let alone, my sister did not order via mobile app and the worker was cursing and complaining about our milkshake order !

Came through the drive-through on the nov 11th at 8:34 PM. I don’t know who is working that night because my receipt does not have a name but the young lady that worked. Exceptional job! She forgot to add my cheese to my chili dog and my fish sandwich and my ranch to my receipt. We were OK with not getting it because we had already paid, but she went ahead and gave it to us anyway without telling us that was a nice surprise and wonderful customer service.. We were not looking for anything for free because She accidentally made that mistake. She fixed it without saying a word. She was nice from the beginning to the end. The food came out fast and she deserves a Compliment! I hope she has recognized and you find out who this was that Work the window that night and tell her I said good job! Thank you so much!

Hope you have a passenger. Because they will refuse to serve you the online order on the right side window. And actively make you drive around to the left side whereyou and your nonexistent passenger have to receive it.

This is a follow up to my girlfriend’s review. The owner replied regarding the contact us on their website and we wanted to point out that the site didn’t work and we were never able to follow through with our complaint nor has our complaint been rectified.

Ordered the 2 for $5 singles and was asked if I wanted an apple pie for $1. I thought, “why not,” and agreed to add it to the order. When I got to the window I was asked if I wanted cheese on my spicy chicken. Taken aback, I said ok. The cashier told me it would be $8.52. I asked if cheese came on the spicy chicken, and only then was told it was extra. I asked them to take it off, which dropped the total to $7.52. I still thought that was high, but maybe I just wasn’t doing the math correctly. I paid with a credit card, and when it was handed back to me asked for my receipt. Instead of giving it to me immediately, the cashier said yes and then left the window. When my food came out the receipt in my photo was on the bag, so I asked for my itemized receipt. Now, I’d already realized they put cheese on my classic burger, a $1 upcharge on a $2.50 burger, without my having ever asked for it, but I wanted to be certain before I made a fuss. Now, this is what really irritated me: I was told, unlike every other business I’ve ever purchased anything from, that the receipt they’d given me was the only receipt there was and they couldn’t give me an itemized receipt. I’m not gonna argue with someone who’s clearly lying to me, so I said alright and left, but I figured I’d post this review and warn others that the crew here will upcharge you for things you didn’t ask for and not even have the decency to own up to it when questioned. It’s understandable to make mistakes or even try to boost your upcharge stats when you think no one’s looking, but lying to my face just isn’t cool.

If i could give a negative I would!! Health dept need to come see yall workers sitting outside braiding hair. Braider sitting on bench taking orders. Girl getting hair braided running inside to fix the food. Half braided half not. Called number for manager and it’s busy on purpose because they are outside!
